Most of my clients contact me because they are looking to make their life richer, more meaningful, and less constrained by events of the past. Of course many are suffering from the trials and tribulations inherent in our existence – this may take the form of depression, anxiety, relationship and career difficulties. People want to overcome these, but they want more out of life: more meaning, more satisfying relationships, more outlets for creativity in their work and avocations. There are no magic bullets for any of these, but usually by putting our heads and hearts together we can make significant progress. I tend to work with highly successful individuals who want to be even more successful, and want their success to be more evenly spread throughout their professional and personal life. Plus I wok with lots of couples; I am a romantic at heart, and am passionate about helping relationships get back on the track, and helping clients heal and grow through relationships.

History

Established in 1989.

PhD in Clinical Psychology, California School of Professional Psychology, 1988. Started a private practice right after that. So, hard for me to believe, but I’ve been doing this about 20 years now. I’ve always kept my practice part-​time, because for me engaging in other professional activities keeps me fresh so I can be more energized and focused when I am working with clients. I am president and founder of another company, www​.psy​chother​apy​.net, which is where I spend the rest of my time.
