Quality unique wearable art. No two pieces match and they are all wonderfully colorful and detail oriented. Most everything has a heavy price tag but well worth it for a jacket or dress that will stun. It is unlikely that couture one of a kind clothing like this could be found at a better deal. Definitely stop by and appreciate the craft.

I am a huge fan of Victor Tung’s Couture. Every single item I’ve gotten from him has been a standout that everyone compliments and envies. And because all of his clothing is one of a kind, I never have a doubt that I will be in high style and not look like anyone else – not that I’ve ever feared looking like everyone else, but those who do should shop here for that special piece of awesome!

I own three pieces from Victor. Just hosted my bday party at his studio. The clothes are unbelievably hip and modern. I feel like a princess (or an elegant mother, or a party girl, or a fashionista) — depends on the piece. Not at all pricy for what it is, one of kind custom tailored hand made designer clothes. I have shopped in London, NY, Paris, and Munich, and frankly nothing has impressed me than this boutique in the Financial District. I work in SoMa so this works great for an evening outing after work. I am looking forward to my future acquisitions in this place. One thing to note, if you are to compare designer clothes to Victor Tung’s, the closest I’d compare it to with is Manoush, which is a fashion designer based in Paris. They don’t have stores in America yet, but Manoush is edgy. Victor’s designer are more artistic, as he also paints on fabrics and a very talented artist (modern art). Any respectable woman should own a piece or two from Victor. I would venture to say — the epitome of womanhood lies within the clothes you choose to wear. This is THE designer you must acquire from.

What a find! This place has very modern, funky elegant, colorful and unique clothing. It is a bit pricey for my just starting out career budget but worth saving up for. No two pieces are identical and the quality of fabric is unmatched. To have it custom tailored to you? Yes please! Already saving up for a purchase in this store!

Victor Tung Couture is a hidden jewel in San Francisco with a beautifully designed shop with over 200 pieces of unique high fashion couture wear. Victor is also an artist so many of his drawings are used in the fabric designs. I really like the fact that eighty percent of the fabric used is obtained through unused fabric recycled from major fashion design houses and vintage couture pieces. All the couture wear is created and made in San Francisco, the finish work is impeccable. I bought a fabulous jacket designed by Victor Tung that I am in totally in love with; whenever I wear this jacket, I am constantly stopped by people complimenting me on the jacket and wanting to know where I got the jacket. My jacket can be dressed up or down to create so many different looks; the best part of it is that no one else will have my jacket. Many of Victor Tung’s designs are featured in the NY Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Nob Hill Gazette, 7×7 Fashion Magazine, The Examiner and Town and Country.
