Business Owner

Veronika Michaels Skin Studio was founded by Veronika Saldana, born and raised in the Bay Area.

As a teenager Veronika was plagued by severe acne. She was overwhelmed by the mental anguish her own reflection caused and although Veronika was prescribed antibiotics by a dermatologists, the medications gave her terrible side effects and her acne persisted.

At the age of 18, a dear friend suggested she visit her esthetician and get a facial. Within one month of being introduced to facials and a skin care regimen recommended by her esthetician, Veronika’s skin was clear and free of acne.

Ms. Saldana was so thankful; she realized then, that she too wanted to help other people with their skin care needs in the same way that her esthetician had helped her. In December 2008, Veronica received her Esthetician license and has since been helping individuals improve their inner self-​confidence and outer beauty through skincare treatment and education.
