Henry is the man! No need to look any further for a window washing and power washing service. Henry and his team are professional, prompt, and very meticulous. They also are competitively priced. Thanks for a great job, Henry!

Very disappointing.
Hurried and careless with no attention to detail. I’d say Henry, at best, did a 30% job.
Henry claims he cleans everything. But he hurries through the appointment, after showing up late.
Lets check his integrity… after such a unimpressive job, Henry claimed he will refund my money within one day. I’m anxious to see if he is a man of his word.

I have had Henry clean the windows of my Victorian for many years. He does a meticulous job, and I mean METICULOUS. Henry will get the job done right for you. The man is a perfectionist.
Now, on to Henry’s best trait — he’s punctual! Unlike the cable guy, Henry shows up on time. For my recent cleaning, I asked him 1 day in advance and he was at the house exactly at 8:30 am.
Quit searching the other Unilocal listings and hire Henry. You, too, will become another satisfied customer.

Today’s the day that I pay Unilocal back and review folks I’ve found here. I’d gotten a recommendation for another window cleaner and made two appointments with him, both no shows. I came back to Unilocal today in frustration, and called another person whose mailbox was full, and yet another who didn’t answer. Then I called Henry, he answered, said he’d come in a half an hour (he did) and four hours later all the spiderwebs and nastiness from my windows were gone. Affordable, hard-​working sole proprietor. I’m calling him again in six months!

Valesco Janitorial gets 5 stars in my book. And I usually don’t take time to write good reviews, but they deserve it. Henry and Anthony did a great job.
I needed all the windows at my home in SF cleaned. They were all dirty and a couple had even been «egged» and especially tough to clean. Many windows are up high off the street.
Contacted a couple other services and they didn’t even get back to me. Then I found Valesco on craigslist. Henry came over the same day, gave me a quote, and did the job the next day. Outstanding work and a fair price. Turns out he cleans windows/​decks at another home on my street, and they are also very happy.
You cannot go wrong with Henry!

I had called at least four others some of whom scheduled a time to come give me an estimate and never showed up. After the last no show, I called Henry and he said he’d be over in 30 mins. I was a bit skeptical he would show given my last few experiences with cleaners. He explained exactly what he’d clean and then gave me an estimate. I hired him to clean and he said he could start right then. He cleaned my condo building’s lobby, garage, garage door, and stairs. He did an amazing job. He even cleaned out the compost can! (For reference, this compost can had more fruit flies than I have ever seen before it was like kingdom of the fruit flies had taken over the bin.) It doesn’t hurt that he has a really pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend Henry!

Five big ones for Valesco Janitorial and it’s owner, Henry Butler. My office was in need of some heavy duty cleaning (that the management does not provide). You see, when we moved in a few months we had most of the interior office walls removed and replaced with glass. And that glass gets dirty — fingerprints, coffee spills — you name it.
I found Valesco on Craig’s List. Henry came over the next day at the appointed time, sussed out the situation, gave me a quote and followed it up with a fax. He was here yesterday for 5 hours and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and the windows look great!
