Like the other reviews, I received abhorrent service when I brought in a prepaid package. The man was RUDE and refused me a strip of packing tape to shut my box. Luckily a nearby business was kind enough to spare me a strip of tape to close up my box, but just a hot tip for anyone who is still considering visiting this usps location and doesn’t feel like paying $ 2.95 for a roll of packing tape, the small grocery store next door sells packing tape for $ 1.65.

I’ve dealt with some crappy usps around SF and the couple that run this small shop are great! Super friendly, willing to help, they don’t charge you for using a strip of tape unlike the other locations. There’s never a line and they are always quick.

I was so pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I’ve had terrible experiences at other USPS stores in the past. Employees here where helpful, patient and nice. This will become my USPS store.

This is a lousy USPS site. I took a prepaid package to them and they refused to give me a receipt. They even had the gall to raise their voice at me when I insisted on it. What kind of phony USPS office is this? Very poor service.

This USPS has workers who can speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. With a very positive attitude, people are friendly to help everyone who needs help in the office.
