We couldn’t ask for any other team to adorn our wedding with beautiful flowers!
Lisa and her team did an excellent job in choosing and putting together the best flowers to use at our wedding. They made our wedding centerpieces look very classy and attractive. She also helped us with the rest of our table centrepieces and place card holders so we didn’t need to worry about anything on the day of our wedding.
It was a pleasure to work with Lisa. She is very attentive, accommodating and considerate. She’s highly recommended.

Lisa put together a bouquet and boutonnière for my San Francisco City Hall wedding, and I could not have been happier with her work! I sent her a few pictures of bouquets I liked, both fairly non-​traditional, and she took the time to talk with me on the phone to make sure she knew exactly what I liked about the examples I sent and what I was looking for. And she absolutely nailed it! I can’t thank her enough!

Lisa and staff made the most unique, artistic, stunningly beautiful bridal bouquets for my wife and I for our City Hall Wedding. The matching boutonnières, corsages and flower girl bouquet were perfect. I expressed that our wedding was a simple city hall wedding and we didn’t want anything too traditional or too large and what they delivered was just right. Working with Lisa was easy and having only communicated via email she delivered everything I had hoped for. She delivered on time and the price was totally reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends planning a wedding large or small.

Lisa did the flowers for my wedding on 9÷5÷15 at the Kohl Mansion. It was absolutely amazing.
The best thing is that when we first met with Lisa, I had very little idea of the flowers I wanted and could only describe the feeling I wanted in vague detail. But she was able to take that and our budget and create exactly what I was envisioning.
She attended a venue walkthrough with us and made sure we were thinking about small details I know I never would have thought of. She was also very on top of things so that everything day of (delivery, set up, etc) went smoothly for us.

Urban Botanica was great to work with! I stopped in last minute and asked if they could make me a flower crown for my birthday attending a Florence + the Machine concert. I selected a color palate and returned only four hours later to see this wonderful creation. Not only did it last all night, but now I am enjoying it as a table arrangement days later. It was a flower crown fit for a boho chic queen.

Lisa has been lending her green thumb to our office for years now. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all things botanical. She was able to green-​ify our office to our taste and ability to maintain the plants. Her staff are also so kind and helpful.
And oh man can they whip up a BEAUTIFUL mini bouquet if you provide a price range and the «look» you’re going for.

This florist is not the least expensive in the city (consider the financial district location!), but the designers here make truly beautiful, creative arrangements. After talking to several other floral designers, I chose Urban Botanica to provide most of the flowers for a church-​based memorial service. I described generally what I wanted, and told them I didn’t want anything too gloomy and funereal. They did an excellent, classy and innovative job. Their choice of flowers was perfect, and many of the attendees commented upon the loveliness of the flowers. Delivery was timely, as promised. I’ll use Urban Botanica again. [If I could, I would give the florists 4 and one half stars. The moderately expensive cost of the arrangements caused the very slight reduction in the number of stars awarded].

I would definitely get flowers delivered from Urban Botanica in the future. I got flowers for my girlfriend and she was very pleased and so was I. Urban Botanica definitely came through for me on our anniversary.
The service is great! As for myself I do not know a great deal about flower varieties however the florist was very helpful. They have great ideas and color schemes. Everyone inside was happy, nice, and helpful.

It’s the Friday before Mother’s Day and I don’t have a clue on what to get my mom. The hardest part, she’s not a fan of the typical things you get moms. Kitchen stuff — got it, don’t need it. Perfume — can’t stand it. Handbags or jewelry — only likes it if it’s of very high quality or standard — so I not really something I’d get for Mother’s Day. Candles — hates it. Chocolates — doesn’t eat sweets. AHHHHHHH!!!
Floral Ornament to the rescue! Because everyone loves flowers right???
It’s a bit of a hole-​in-​the-​wall place located in a little nook outside of the Mandarin Oriental, but it is conveniently located in the Financial District with very reasonable prices! Which is awesome because every other florist in downtown charges WAY too much. Plus, they are willing to work with you in terms of the color palette, price, and they are composed in such a beautiful and elegant fashion.
I know nothing about flowers and I’m not exactly the most creative person. So I kind of just walked in and gave her very vague ideas on what I wanted. For example, I said I wanted to spend $X on a bouquet with a fun and vibrant theme for my mom and another one with a very feminine and soft palette for my grandmother, and they delivered both perfectly. Full bouquets, beautifully composed, and they smelled wonderful too!
Oh and they have terrariums too! One of my favorites!

I used Floral Ornament for flowers for my wedding. I was at a nearby flower shop with my planner and we were not excited about the shop. One a whim, we went into Floral Ornament.
We worked with Lisa, who was amazing. We gave her pretty vague ideas about what we wanted, and we really knew nothing about flowers. She was very helpful, asked a ton of questions, and sent me an email the next day with her suggestions and examples of what the flowers would look like.
Price wise, it was great. They didn’t do any of the BS where they charge more because it’s a wedding. They provided us wonderful flowers at a very fair and reasonable price. Everything was beautiful. Delivery went smoothly and everything was on time, exactly as expected.

Lisa was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted, and delivered. Her bouquets were full, her centerpieces were full, and everything looked great. And anyone who knows me I do not give out compliments lightly. Highly recommend!

For elegant, gorgeous and creative flower arrangements in the Financial District Lisa and her team are always helpful. Tucked away next to the entrance of the Mandarin Oriental, it is kind of hidden. The display of flowers caught my eye one day as I was walking by. I’m so glad to have discovered this gem of a shop. It’s a lovely and friendly boutique for personable service and stunning flowers.

She was simply amazing…
I had all of these crazy visions at first for what kind of florals I wanted for our wedding… she listened patiently without cutting me off. What a pleasure she was to work with. She helped make my vision come true («art deco/​peacock») with class and style.
The venue she was familiar with (both church — Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and reception — City Club of SF)…she contacted the right people and worked with them without a lot of extra questions for me. She is highly capable!
I asked her to do me an extra favor right before the wedding, hang 1,000 cranes for me in the church and pick them up from the Four Seasons beforehand.
She did all of these things, with such class because she knew I was going through a stressful time and wanted the vision of my wedding, florals cranes et. al to come true. She is a STAR.
What’s more — she worked with my other friend who is a florist and did our bridal party bouquets — she worked with others also with elegance and no ego.
Lisa and Floral Ornament did a fantastic job — when I’m looking back at the pictures of the flowers in the church and at the reception they are just popping out because they are stunning — like Lisa’s soul.
You won’t find a better deal for your wedding flowers or a more wonderful florist in my humble opinion…

After reaching out to several florist to discuss flowers for my wedding, I found Lisa to be the most responsive and accommodating.
I met Lisa in person to discuss our theme, and I was VERY specific with the type of flowers I wanted. Lisa took copious notes and was a very patient with me.
When the wedding day arrived, I was extremely pleased with my bouquet and all of the center pieces. I was floored by the size and look of the welcome center piece – absolutely beautiful!!!
The flowers really was one of the highlights of our wedding… all thanks to Lisa. I am forever grateful and would recommend Lisa to anyone!

Lisa is a very helpful florist. She truly cares about her customers and will not let you leave unhappy. She even let me add a couple of flowers on top of what I paid for my arrangement to ensure that I left happy.
I only spent $ 30 (after my 15% Unilocal discount) for a stunning floral arrangement that my wife loved.
Overall, I was very satisfied, and will definitely go to Floral Arrangement the next time I need flowers and am in the city. Thank you Lisa and team.

From day one they were attentive to my order. Do note, my order was small because I mainly needed a wedding bouquet, yet they treated my order as if it was a full-​on order. Lisa was phenomenal in taking down every detail how I wanted my wedding bouquet from colors to the color of the ribbon that will wrap around my bouquet. They also inquire your price range you want to spend and they worked from there. A week prior to the wedding, she touched base with me and confirmed location and time of delivery. They delivered early for my wedding shoot and relieved the stress of waiting. Amazing service. I highly recommend Floral Ornament. They are professional, wonderful arrangement creations and they really listen to the customer. The bonus part was they are very reasonable. May I mention again their attention to detail? Thank you for making my special day even more special!

Well my situation was kinda complicated. Turning to Unilocal I needed a florist that delivered and I needed the flowers that day! I initially wanted to use this shop and called right as they opened, twice in a row, no one answered. The third time I left a message explaining where I was (hospital and needed flowers sent here, but for my mom who would show up later that day) unsure if they would call back I found Christines Flower shop as another option and called them based on more great Unilocal reviews! I called Chrisine and ended up using them first… while on the phone with Christines, Floral Ornament called me back! Then I felt bad because the message was so nice and I wanted to give them business after going through all the trouble of calling me back. I then figured I would buy a $ 30 or under arrangement from myself and my fiancé (Christines arrangement was from myself and one of my other sisters). I told Joanne (I think, its been like a week and half) that I used Christines but was still interested in another arrangment, she said she knew the people down at Christines and that it was more of a sidewalk/​cart florist rather than one with refridgerators like themselves… refridgerators means more variety in flowers. Joanne was a complete sweetheart on the phone even though I talked about another business as well as trying to stay cheap. I asked if I could do a more tropical themed arrangment for $ 30 (delivery is free to anywhere in sf), she said she would try and make sure it didnt look sparse (because tropical flowers are obviously pricier)… then the phone went silent. Im not sure if she put it down to make the arrangement right then, or if she planned on calling me back (I assumed she would call me back since she had my number) I ended up waiting for like 1 or 2 minutes before hanging up — there wasnt music or a recorded message or any noises in the background. I didnt call back and never received a call back from her so I wasnt even going to use them… but then!
My other sister called and wanted flowers for our mom, so I told her to use Floral Ornament and say she had talked to me (my sister also needed cheaper arrangement styles). Then something happened between my two sisters, I guess one called the florist in lue (spelling) of the other so I dont know what they asked for. The arrangment received was a $ 25 dollar one, I have pictures of the Floral Ornament and a comparision to Christines ($ 40 + $ 10).
I would love to try Floral Ornament again (I wanted to give 4 stars, but with only one use of them stuck with 3), but need to make it to the shop to clarify what I would want and what you get for the money. Again customer service of Floral Ornament was exceptional! I think if I lived in SF I would probably get a price quote from them on anything wedding related, because those pictures and reviews on weddings sound phenominal!

What an awesome flower shop! If you are ever downtown and need flowers for a gift or for something corporate, do yourself a favor and stop in. Joanna will create something beautiful for you! I saw her getting ready to send off some arrangements for the hotel right there and they were amazing. As were my beautiful sunflowers.
She also does weddings — so engaged downtown ladies — go visit her on a lunch break!
