Excellent faculty, particularly in the Tax program. The new Tax L.L.M. run by Daniel Lathrope is going to be a serious contender for one of the best in the country. As a graduate of a T-​14 law school and Top-​5 public university, I can say that the tax classes at USF have been truly wonderful. As good or better instruction than I’ve received anywhere, from highly respected scholars in the field.

Probably the best faculty in the San Francisco Bay Area because they sincerely care about the students’ well being, academic success, and future career paths. Rather than huge lectures halls where an old gray-​hair man talks at you or above your heads for a few hours, USF classes have an average ratio of 20 to 1 student to faculty ratio. You may end up having dinner at your Civil Procedure Professor’s home even!
I can confidently say that we have Berkeley and Hastings students on our campus to use our awesome library as well. And we welcome all!
