Ballet classes for 18 mths to 8 yrs old, summer camp and birthday parties! Tutu School is a quaint boutique of a ballet school that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 18 months (toddlers) to preschoolers (3 – 5 years) up to 8 years-​old. We also offer birthday parties on weekends, summer camp, and sell ballet dancewear and slippers.

Some of Sonya’s fondest childhood memories were those when her mother took her to ballet and music lessons starting when she was very young. Now that she is a mother to her own extremely adorable and active little year old girl, she treasures the same thing but from a new perspective.

Sonya first fell in love with Tutu School when she saw how excited and happy her daughter was in class week after week and knew that she had discovered something very special. When the opportunity arose to open another Tutu School in San Francisco, Sonya was thrilled that she would be able to use her years of experience in business operations to build an incredibly sweet and special business of her own — one that she knew would foster creativity, healthy development, and pure joy.

As a mother, Sonya is committed to maintaining a faculty of the highest quality, comprised of teachers who are carefully trained in Tutu School’s curriculum, and dedicated to carrying out its mission.
