Tropigala Executive Night Club

They renovated the place and it looks beautiful! Bathrooms are super clean and the inside is clean too. DJ was awesome kept me dancing all night. He played all types of music but of course more Latin music. The security staff were nice and not rude like in most clubs and they actually dressed up nicely. The staff is attentive to their guests. I went on a Saturday night cover is $ 20 but it’s all worth it. Drinks are a bit expensive but are worth it since the place is great. It is an older crowd and dress code is not really enforced but either way ill be coming back for sure.

Okay so it’s 2:15 am and I just got home from a night at Tropi Gala (Friday).
I love this place. The DJ is great they play Latin beats which is so hard to find a solid Friday AND Saturday spot in the city.
They recently re-​opened and its looks amazing, great job guys! It looks great, not trashy at all. The staff wear cute uniforms and are sooooo sweet. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.
People need to come here!!!
The con is that it is simply in the Outer Mission, but I got home in 15 mins via Über/​Lyft— so no biggie.
I’ve been following their re-​opening date for a while, they reopened on NYE 2016– so they are up and ready for business! :)
I will be back, my girls and I danced the night away, stayed till close, and the bouncers were so sweet, and one of the staff chased out to our car and gave us free passes!
They really go above and beyond here.
This place needs some hype and some people to come through!!! :)

Went here about 8 months ago. ITS a small place with a live band, much older crowd except lots of young men that seemed to just be looking to dance with much much older women. Mostly salsa music.

This place needs to clean up the sidewalk in front of its establishment, its covered with gum, and yes it is your responsibility to clean it up, another problem I have with this place is that their customers on occasion block my driveway, if you do then say goodbye to your car because it wont be there when you get back. I don’t really have anything good to say about this place, I mean id rather they go out of business, perhaps then would be less drunk idiots and fights around the area.

Okay… this place is non discript from the outside… however, enter and you will find yourself in a little gem of a latin club, great for dancing and just watching folks dance away. I grew up in the city and probably passed this club so many times and would never have guessed that it was so cool and fun.
I would definitely come back but show up a little earlier to grab a table and chairs. Fantastic!

Tropigala is a pretty fun spot to get your latin dance on. Good clean atmosphere and live band to dance to every night. They play alot of Merengue, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, Latin Rock, and some Mexican Banda. The place has good number of tables for a party, and a descent bar.

Checked out this spot after driving by it for um, decades? I’m old enough to remember when the church across the s treet from this place was Brentwood Market! But enough of my nostalgia… good location if you don’t drive or if you do and plan to drink alot, lots of public transportation (Muni bus lines, LRV’s and BART) all 1 – 2 blocks away. Nice, mixed crowd, everyone seemed to know everyone and was just having a blast! Yummy drinks and beers, reasonable prices. Will definitely go back!

A great spot to brush up on your latin dance moves. Good size dance floor, friendly staff and about average price cocktails for a club. There is a $ 10.00 cover charge on Friday and Saturdays, and the place is still packed. Check it out! There is also an ATM in the corner.
