I’ve never felt this good about myself in regard to my diet, weight loss and overall health after I met Karen. I used to get really frustrated when I had emotional eating, when another diet failed and when my weight staggered after I tried my best. Karen is very experienced with all the above issues and most importantly the diet makes sure that you’re eating healthy and not starving yourself and rewards you with ice cream or your preferred dessert every day :) I’ve been with Karen for over three months. I’ve never been this lean and healthy in my life!

Karen Kelley is a wonderful dietician! If you work with her, and follow the program, you will definitely see results. In the past, I went to the Burlingame location, and she coached me down 30 pounds! It was life-changing. I just stopped in to see Karen in her new SF location for a maintenance visit. This beautiful location is a wonderful new extension of the Trimm-Way. Karen is so supportive and dedicated to what she does. She is always available for calls, text, or emails, in addition to your weekly visits. There’s no gimmicks, pills, nasty frozen meals, or calorie counting with this program. Karen teaches you how to eat healthy and delicious foods without feeling deprived. If you want to drop your weight, go see Karen. She knows what she’s doing!

Karen is the best and I love her protein bars. She analyzed my diet and showed how little protein it contains. Her knowledge of a wide variety of diet programs is very impressive. Her enthusiasm is contagious and I would not have had such great results without her coaching. Her office is very upscale.

Trimm-Way opened the San Francisco satellite location ‘by popular demand’ and it’s quite convenient for me. The salon is quiet and pretty. It has been very worthwhile to check in with Karen to review my progress. Visits include weigh-in, reviewing my Daily Food Diary, motivating advice from Karen, and planning for the upcoming days’ food intake. Every few weeks Karen takes my measurements and calculates the inches lost. In addition to menu planning, Karen offers products and bars that really help to burn fat. I’m starting to get«You’ve lost weight» comments, so it feels great to be free of those unwanted pounds. ..
