Hairstyling has been my artistic outlet for over 20 years. I knew that doing hair was something I could do forever and I am one of the lucky ones to say it is my profession and career. I pursed all of the different industries in the beauty world working in salons, doing runway, editorial, fashion photography and live entertainment. I did all of these for many years and then I fell in love with wedding hairstyling. I love all of the intricate styles, the twists and turns, the soft waves, curls that bounce perfectly and the way the bride looks in the mirror after seeing her hair and makeup done just the way she had imagined and described. I like how everyone wants something a little different to fit their own particular and individual style and my job is to make that picture in their minds of the look they desire and the look they have imagined come to life. Weddings are my focus and it is something that I just can’t get enough of. I have been doing this now full time for the past 5 year

Love my haircut; couldn’t be happier. Found Traci after pouring thru Unilocal ads when my regular hairstylist left SF for NYC. She was super responsive and appointment setting was easy. I walked in and felt right at home — her place is quiet and it’s nice to have that 1:1 time to chat and have her focus on you without other hair salon distractions. I have a lot of hair and she cut and styled it with ease, taking into consideration that I’m super low maintenance and don’t want a style that requires lots of product or special tools to replicate making it look «that good» once I leave the salon. She is the trifecta of hair stylists — she is super experienced with cut, color and style and I will be back to get some highlights! I can’t wait. I’m so happy I found her!

Tracy was wonderful! My friend and I both got a cut and a color towards the end of the day, and she was so patient with us, made us feel welcome, and did a fantastic job to boot. Her place was really relaxing and spacious to wait in, so I didn’t really feel like I was waiting in a salon but rather hanging out with friends. She spent a total of four hours with us, and she was so patient and diligent throughout. Thanks, Tracy!

I’m so happy to have found Tracy! After going through a few different hairstylists after moving to the area, I felt like I was doomed to never find that one stylist here that «got» me (or rather, my hair). But after some searching, I found Tracy, and she is just the stylist I’ve been looking for!
I had a baby a few months ago, and since then, I hadn’t had much time for upkeep with my hair. It was flat, boring, and I hated it. I lived in a messy bun because I just didn’t know what to do with it. Tracy brought my hair back to life! She transformed my bland cut and dull color into something with vibrance and dimension. She was even able to pull off the bright pink color that other stylists have had trouble with in the past! My hair is so much fun now, and just what I needed!
Definitely go see Tracy if you’re looking for an amazing cut, fun color, and an overall nice person. I’ll be back for sure!

I totally agree with Jessica S. — Trasee is a real find, and so great to work with as well as giving excellent service without a lot of fuss. I find in professional salons that they take twice the time to do the same job for twice the money, and Trasee gets it done efficiently, pleasantly, and beautifully. She’s an expert and down-​to-​earth at the same time. I’ve only done hair cuts with her so far but I’d hire her for just about any styling service — wedding, special event, etc. GO TO HER.

Finding a good hair stylist is not easy no matter what type of hair you have. Traci is a keeper!
Not only is she pleasant and easy to talk to, but she’s on top of her game and knows how to make you look your best. You’ll never leave her chair with boring mom hair. Traci will keep you on trend but give you a look that works for you too.
She gives amazing cuts and styles and also is fantastic with color — something I’ve always loved experimenting with.
Traci has been cutting and coloring my hair for about 8 years now. I moved across the Bay a few years ago and still make the special trip for her service. It’s worth it.

This is an overdue review for the excellent hair service Traci provided me for my October 2013 wedding. Scheduling with Traci was very easy and I was lucky she had my wedding date available. At the trial, she listened to what I wanted (some sort of side bun updo) and made really great suggestions based on her expertise. She also had many pictures to show me to give me an idea of what she could do since I am sort of clueless when it comes to hair. I left feeling like we both had the same vision and she gave me really good ideas for my hair in general to tackle after the wedding. On my wedding day, Traci was prompt, accommodating, and professional. She made everything stress free! She managed time well so that all of the bridesmaids’ hair were done with plenty of time left for their makeup and me. Every bridesmaid spoke to her individually about what they wanted and they all raved at the final product. As for me I loved, loved, loved my hair! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for stunning wedding hair!

Traci was an absolute find amidst my whole wedding-​planning/​searching-​for-​vendors process. I was so happy with her availability, professionalism and skill.
We did a great trial run a few weeks before the wedding so I was amazed that my hair was even better on the day of the wedding. Beyond better, beyond perfect– the best it’s ever looked! Traci is professional and a pleasure to be around. She is low-​key and relaxed in an otherwise pressure-​filled setting, but is also detail-​oriented and sensitive to complex situations. The inevitable question you have once you move to a new area: Who’s going to cut my hair? Before Traci, I had been to two other hair stylists. They did okay, but I was still open to finding the «keeper». I mentioned needing a cut to my cousin, and she recommended Traci straightaway, whom she has been going to for 10 years despite living in San Diego and London at times.
It was a hell of a recommendation, so I called Traci and set up the appointment. The result? WOW. Seriously, I’ve never had a cut that suited both my face, style, and hair routine so effortlessly. I have long, curly hair that is fine, and I have a LOT of it. Traci proved herself a master as she maneuvered her way through my tresses skillfully. My hair has never been so happy, healthy or manageable. Not to mention the cut is so well done that you don’t necessarily need a cut every 6 weeks if money gets tight.
PLUS: She blows out and curls my hair for ‘do that lasts for three days before I need to wash. Yeah, it’s that serious.
I have since gone back to Traci twice, once for beautiful caramel highlights and the other time for a trim. I again look forward to treating myself to her expertise next week. Yay!

I have difficult thinning straight hair with mousey brown color. Needless to say it is not easy to find a good hair style. I went to Traci on a friend’s recommendation and it was one of the best things i’ve done in a long time. She has transformed my hair– it now has a great, flattering style, perfect highlights and looks thicker. Plus she is very professional, listens to what your concerns are, and thoughtful and knowledgable about what is most suitable for your type of hair and your ow personal style. She also taught me how to use a flat iron and how to blow dry it better and faster. The products she recommended all are working great. I look and feel better and have gotten many nice compliments on my hair. I am so glad to have found her and if you have difficult hair or any kind of hair, judging from the other comments, you will be too.

Traci was as good as it gets! I planned a destination wedding in San Francisco for early August and used Unilocal as my «go-​to» site for wedding vendors. I needed someone to do my hair on my wedding day, and hair/​make-​up the day after for our trash the dress photo session. I ran across Traci who was friendly and professional and quick to respond, which, when your a stressed out bride is always a plus. Her pricing is also very competitive, and she comes to you!
I wanted a formal bun up-​do for my wedding day and something a bit more funky for the day after. I LOVED my hair, as did everyone else. I looked amazing! Also, I didn’t have to mess with it because It stayed put until I went to bed and took it apart.
Along with my hair, she also did my make-​up for our trash the dress photo session. It was perfect! I looked exactly liked I had wanted to and my photos were incredible! Thank you Traci!!!

Once you go to Traci, you will never want anyone else to do your hair! She is absolutely wonderful. I have never been more happy with a haircut. She really knows how to work with the shape of your face and make you look your best.
My hair is very wavy, not curly, but wavy. It can be really annoying but if it is done RIGHT it can be very sassy! ;0) She know how to do it right, I you don’t need a genius to tell you that happiness is a great haircut! I don’t even have to do anything to it. Its awesome!
I recommended her to my best friend and her hair has never looked better either! She has very long hair, but is a very small person. I don’t know how Traci did it, but her hair FITS her now. It totally changed her overall appearance. She’s hot regardless, but now its like, BAM! Absolutely stunning.
