History
Established in 2015.
We are 3 best friends with great attitude trying to bring delicious ramen available on truck. The chef (Chen) has been working in ramen restaurants for over 10 years studying, learning and experimenting what would be the best for making such a phenomenal everyday casual food to the next level.
The chef hard work and talent brought the previous ramen shop that he work secretly featured in «Thrillist SF» this year 2015 and decided to open his own ramen business starting with the truck.

Ben is one of the owner has been working in restaurant, hotel, and photography industries for over 10 years both in New York City and San Francisco.
With proper training from the high end restaurant and one of the recognizable hotel in downtown San Francisco, Ben has earn multiple great reviews from his clients
Opening food truck is one of huge dream that Ben has ever dreamt of. Studying the process and making the system is always the big challenge in the process. But everything couldn’t be happen without support and commitment from his wife and 2 other partners.
