Been following this brand for a while through social media. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they moved to SF, specifically on Divisadero. Great hip outdoor wear from a Colorado-based brand. They have backpacks, jackets, and accessories. Everyone there is super friendly! Highly recommend. They only thing that stinks is that you can’t use credit from here online and vice versa.

Topo Designs is a Colorado-based brand that specializes in backpacks, jackets, accessories, and outdoor gear. They have high-quality, durable, and fashionable products that are geared for folks who want practicality but still prize style as well. For some time, I’ve been buying Topo Designs products online through their website or via small boutiques such as Welcome Stranger in Hayes Valley and Berkeley. Good news is, Topo Designs opened their first store outside of Colorado here in San Francisco(insert sarcastic«shocked face» look). Naturally, Topo Designs’ brick-and-mortar is located in NoPa along Divisadero(insert another sarcastic«shocked face» look). I went in during their grand opening and took a look around. When you walk into the store, you’ll notice small accessories(e.g. wallets, water bottles, bracelets) to the front on the left and then towards the back on the left, a huge wall of backpacks, totes, and briefs. On the front right, there’s a register along with other small goods. Towards the back right, you’ll find men’s and women’s attire(e.g. jackets, button-ups, pants, hats). The staff are friendly and approachable, and because it was the grand opening, customers were invited to enjoy complimentary wine, beer, cheese, and crackers as we/they shopped. This store, while not huge in size, has a solid selection of products. Since this brand has only a few shops nationally(and again, almost all of them in Colorado), it’s really nice to have a stand-alone location in the city for folks like me who love their backpacks and accessories. The problem is, as a Topo Designs enthusiast and«fan girl,» this shop makes me wanna buy everrrrrything! Ah, my poor credit card!
