We only use the «open» LIBBE system because we feel it is the most comfortable and advanced system available today. It can also be easier for those who are new to colonics, suffer from constipation, or prefer to cleanse in private.

We also now have a private infrared sauna to help you detox and melt fat through sweating.

History

Established in 2012.

I opened TMI Colonics because of 2 things:

1– Because I love being around and meeting new people!

2– Because colon hydrotherapy completely changed my life.

Colonics have increased the quality of my life, and have allowed me to do everything I thought I would never be able to. And that’s why I started TMI… to share this, and all that I’ve gained, with you. Because I truly believe that if people knew the power of colonics, everyone would get them!

Hi! I am Marianne Graham, the owner and founder of TMI Colonics. I am an I-​ACT member, certified colon hydrotherapist, and have received extensive training by some of the top colon hydrotherapists in San Diego, San Francisco, Dallas, and Las Vegas.

My education in colon and total body health began in Dallas in 1997. I was a young 15 years old when I became extremely ill with (what was at the time diagnosed as) chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. My western doctors could not help me, so out of despair I began seeking alternative treatments… which is how I fell upon colon hydrotherapy.

The road to recovery was long and difficult, but I can say without hesitation that colonics changed my life.

Now, I simply want to care for people in the way that I was once cared for, to share all that I have learned and experienced about the power of colon hydrotherapy.

I love TMI Colonics. I’ve been seeing Marianne and her staff for a few years and they really know how to provide the best spa atmosphere with health and wellness practitioner-​expertise to make me feel comfortable and nurtured through the process. TMI is also one of the few spas where you can use a Libbe Open System, which I feel most comfortable with. In my opinion, there is no better place in San Francisco for colon hydrotherapy.

I am so so glad I found this place. I have been going to see Julianne for over a year and she is without a doubt the best person I have ever gotten a colonic with (I’ve gone to a lot of other places). She makes me feel really comfortable and is gentle and caring. She is super accommodating with scheduling, and is really knowledgable about the subject.
My digestion has improved a lot since I started coming here regularly. This has definitely made my transition to SF a great one. I highly recommend TMI to anyone who wants a professional, safe, and clean colonic experience.

Marianne is fantastic! I’ve learned so much about holistic nutrition, health, and the importance of colonics from her. She explained why it’s not so random that I feel constipated during my period, and offered easy solutions that helped a lot. Also, she’s hilarious and brings a sense of confidence to the whole topic of colonics that makes it seem less scary. Marianne (as she says herself) knows her shit!

This place is great! I searched far and wide for an infra red sauna and this is by far the best one! Juliana is super friendly and easy to talk to, the space is clean and they even give you cold yummy scented towels to refresh from all the sweating. I“m glad I found this pace and will be returning:)

I always come to TMI colonics to either switch it up or just to sit and relax for the infrared sauna. OMG, it helps me sweat in 15 minutes that I would literally have to run almost 2 miles to do. By the by, Julianne is super cute, super nice and super sweet. She is always attentive, gives you your space to do your thing, courteous and professional. If you choose to go somewhere, do it at TMI. The only place I would choose to go! Also, efficient way to get rid of 10 lbs of waste if you are trying to detox and get your weight back on track or just clean yourself out and at the same time, lose about ten pounds!

I had a really enjoyable experience at TMI. I went as I was feeling unwell and uncomfortable after taking heavy-​duty surgery medications, and it certainly helped. I’ve never had colon hydrotherapy before, and Julie was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back in the future!

This was my first time to get a colonic so I was anxious. :) The space is clean, inviting, and spa like. The colonic itself was great and I will definitely get a treatment again. I just wish that Julianne would have been informative about the procedure and more personable especially for a first time customer. The website and FAQS were helpful but adding a more personal touch would have made my experience better.

This place rocks, I love coming no matter what it is I am getting. I mostly use their infrared sauna which I swear by. I have been using one for years and the one at TMI is perfect and nice and private. They always give some chlorophyl water to you as well which is great for hydration and health. I make sure I use the sauna twice a week followed by one of the amazing green veggie/​protein/​fruit/​superfood smoothie. The combo makes me feel amazing.
For the colonics, this is a spa colonic vibe than a hospital which makes the process much more enjoyable. Both Julieanne and Marianne are amazing at what they do, so you are in the best hands when it comes to colon hydrotherapy. Both lovely ladies are so sweet and knowledgeable that is a wonderful place to get to come too. I highly recommend trying some treatments here.

I had my first appointment with Julie and she was awesome! I was nervous since it was my first time and I wasn’t super aware of the details, but Julie walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable.
I went to TMI because I have had problems with my digestion for years now, and hoping colonics will help. Julie was super informative and told me the benefits of the appointment as well as probiotics and additives that can help.
She checked in on me multiple times during the session to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated! She gave me probiotic vitamins and chlorophyll water after my session, and informed me of which additives would be specifically useful for my body.
I already booked my next session with her and look forward to it! Thank you, Julie!

Like anything, feeling safe and cared for is important when it comes to choosing a practitioner, especially when it comes to colonics. TMI Colonics understands this hands down.
The knowledge and professionalism are spot on. The way the colonic is performed is very unique, comfortable and oddly enjoyable.
I feel cared for when I walk in the space, and feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the space.
Also, I love that the place has found some humor around a very private thing in life: poop.

On several occasion have i felt the need to purge unhealth and old stagnation from my body. After experiencing all sorts of hydro colon therapy all over California I almost gave up on my drive that this was important to my well being. It was really not the process but the environment that turned me away
@ TMI I felt my story mattered in the way I was treated. It was the most normal thing to do this without feeling like i am ill forever and sick… it felt like people would assist my process with outstanding professionalism and still feel connected to my person.

I went to TMI for a massage recently and was delighted by everything about the customer experience. The ambiance it first rate: the place is adorable, clean, comfortable and the staff was tremendous. TMI offers a variety of services and basically it’s just a great place to relax and indulge yourself in whatever way you choose.
My massage was one of the better ones I’ve had in the last few years, and the masseuse was professional and great.
This is a great San Francisco-​based business that deserves your support and patronage.

You can’t beat the atmosphere at TMI. There is the perfect balance of privacy and attention. As opposed to other colonics, the hydro therapist explains carefully how everything works and then leaves you the privacy to do it on your own while constantly being available at your beck and call. I MUCH prefer this way because it feels less like an uncomfortable doctor’s visit and more like a holistic nourishing experience. The space, which is decorated beautifully, provides a sense of calm and pleasure. I am a huge believer in the mental benefits of aesthetics and with Marianne’s art background, the place looks awesome. To be frank, Marianne is an expert in all things poop; you can ask her anything no matter how embarrassing and you will get invaluable information. If you are curious about colon hydrotherapy, I highly recommend TMI.

First off, love the new place. It’s a great location, and beautifully designed to make you feel right at home.
I don’t get colonics often, mainly because before TMI, I had only been to a sterile Russian place that treated me like a piece of meat. I didn’t know that having a colonic could actually be an enjoyable, sweet experience. Enter TMI.
First off, what I love about TMI is they have created an atmosphere that is so inviting. They have thought of everything to make your stay feel comfortable.
Second, Marianne is the best. No problem is a problem for her, and she was so patient with all of my «issues». I also appreciate that Marianne is an example of a beautiful woman being totally at home with shit. It’s so liberating for me as a woman to get comfortable with my own biology.
If you are looking to improve your wellness with a colonic, there is no other place better than TMI, and yes it’s more money, but worth every penny.

Do not be nervous about doing this wonderful, healthy process for your body! Julie is a master at colonics and immediately puts you at ease upon walking through the door. I am so grateful to have found this business! I have never felt more comfortable getting a colonic than with the aid of Julie. I was extremely phobic of colon hydrotherapy until my visit to TMI. Being from the South, colon hydrotherapy was something unknown to me until I did my first wonderful cleanse at TMI. Now I often frequent TMI whenever I can get scheduled with Julie — for good reason she is in high demand. Not only does TMI offer a variety of packages that save you money and leave you feeling lighter than air (i get the three pack), but they also have a new client package. I personally recommend getting an additional infusion. There is the stimulating coffee one, the probiotic replenishing one, the B12 revitalizing one, etc.
I used to be terrified of getting a colonic, but TMI offers the best new technology on the market. They use an open system, top of the line technology. Julie offers as much or as little assistance as you feel comfortable with. I like to have lots of privacy and there is a call button should you need any additional assistance. They provide a tummy massager, magazines, a space heater and thorough instructions on how to insert the speculum yourself, and then Julie is just a call button away to bring you anything to your private room that you may want should you need it.

Everything I wrote a year ago is still absolutely true, and nearly a year later it is still a monthly habit, but I am updating my review to let you know that Julianne Bice is great and the one I see now when I go! I saw Marianne the first time or 2 and felt comfortable right away, but once I met Julianne, I felt like I had met a friend (and when you’re in a dynamic where you are as vulnerable as can be, you want to feel as at ease as possible!!). You’ll be in good hands no matter who you see. Marianne wouldn’t share her business with just anyone. They are a great team. And I’m still telling everyone who will listen about the health benefits of doing this regularly, especially if your immune system isn’t exactly top-​notch (like mine). Treat yourself well and your body will be better prepared for the curveballs life throws at you!

I had never done a colonic and was a little nervous for my first visit… That being said I was surprised by the experience I had.
Marianne and her team were both professional and extremely comforting. They not only made me feel comfortable, but went into length on the health benefits, as well as offering suggestions and information for me to use in the future. I enjoyed how I felt after the treatment and look forward to returning to such a pleasant place and team of people. I have gone back and continue to recommend this place to anyone, either seasoned vets or first timers. It’s refreshing to go anywhere these days where people really make you feel like they care. I having been going to Marianne since 2011. I am thrilled to find that she has expanded and relocated to a bigger and better location in Noe Valley. Her new location allows her more space to offer other detox services that I enjoy and find effective. She focuses on the open system colon hydrotherapy, which, for me, is more comfortable than the closed system. Marianne puts a lot of thought and care in knowing her clients and tailoring their sessions according to their comfort level.
Since I’ve moved to Mountain View, I always book a session with Marianne once a week. The commute is well worth the trip to see Marianne and cleanse out the colon. I highly recommend her for first timers and veterans.

I started colonics around six months ago and since then have had three sessions.
The first session was shocking, alarming yet satisfying. Expect nothing but allow anything to come out. (get to use my poop emoji!)
My second session wasn’t as eventful as the first which is not a bad thing!
I then waited a good 3 – 4 months. After the holidays you know…
I have never been to other colonics treatment facility but I can almost assure you that TMI is one of the best.
The store is cozy, smells like heaven and provides probiotics and chlorophyll water afterwards which is almost addicting.
I purchased my chlorophyll water kit today.
Give it a few more months of self endulge eating and I will return.
