Truly, I don’t know how I would have gotten through the last 12 months without TLCD.
My husband and I moved to SF in 2014. Being in a new city, with no family or friends, makes the simplest tasks a huge overwhelming process. Thanks to Tina and Corynn, we got everything unpacked, furniture ordered and arranged, and just generally settled into our new home.
More than that: you know when you move into a new place, and you think, «OK, well, we need to put up some shelves…» but then you live with your books in boxes for years while you try to find a contractor who will answer your calls? Well — none of that. Tina took care of the whole process, from finding the perfect contractor (whom we LOVE — when was the last time you loved your contractor?) to getting our boxes unpacked. All on time, and within our budget. If it were up to me, by myself, we’d be living in boxes forever.
Before I med Tina, I didn’t know what a personal concierge did. Now, I know. We simply could not have gotten so much accomplished, and in such a short amount of time, without her help.

I met and worked with Tina Delaney through a mutual client who was relocating from Los Angeles to another city. Tina never disappointed from beginning of the move to the end. She is more than a concierge, she’s a superb problem-​solver, empathetic, COMPLETELY on the ball with follow though and she returns emails extraordinarily promptly. My first day of the job with the client, Tina answered her phone while she was on vacation! I needed keys– Tina had them copied and Fed-Ex’d next day. I needed storage access, she got written authorization asap, Tina was on it with what seemed like endless details to make the moving process smooth. In my opinion, her savvy work saved the client $$$$ and made the process enjoyable. That’s dedication. I tend to hold service professionals to high standards– Tina is top notch!

I hired Tina to handle a very challenging move, i.e. to organize and pack my belongings and move me from Oakland to San Francisco as a result of getting divorced. One cannot imagine how emotional this event was for me. Tina provided the professional and personal touch to make this go really smooth. Her attention to detail such as marking packing boxes according to priority and keeping a spreadsheet helped the unpacking and decorating.

Incredibly professional and thorough. Tina can manage your remodel project at home by getting bids from contractors and overseeing the whole project. Remodels are never fun but Tina takes away the hardest part and just gives you updates on the project along the way. She also can set up amazing trips to Napa, Healdsburg or anywhere else you want or plan the perfect evening for you and your sweetie. Enjoy the concierge the last time you stayed at the Ritz or the Four Seasons; you can have it all the time. The best part she is totally sweet, intelligent and great to deal with. Just give her direction and she will get the task done.
She has totally simplified my life by handling all the little things I don’t have time for. I let her concentrate on my life’s minutia so I can run my business and have a little time left over to play.

I’m seconding the thoughts from my biz partner Becky. We were planning a humble launch party for our business, and just could not get ourselves to start the process. Tina was a HUGE help. She researched venues for us, helped with the planning, and checked in regularly. She is unbelievably organized and proactive.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tina of TLCD Concierge on the launch party for my own small business. I can say without equivocation that I HATE event planning. It makes me feel the same way taxes do — like I’m swimming through tar.
