My family and I met Tina over 10 years ago. We didn’t have an agent at the time we began house hunting in San Francisco and were very careful when it came to finding the right agent for us. We wanted to have a trustworthy, honest, insightful, friendly and transparent agent who would always work hard and in our best interest. I have come across a lot of real estate brokers from the mid-​market to high-​end luxury market. Sadly most of them are very incompetent and are more interested in benefiting from a strong real estate market than looking out for the client. Tina Low on the other hand is the exception. She goes beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent. I have come across brokers who will easily spend $ 20,000 of my money to stage my home or put a rush on an appraisal without telling me that the cost will now be $ 900. Tina generated a good sale price, minimized my costs, and gave value-​added advice.

This is our second time buying a property with the help of Tina. She is experienced, efficient and has a very good understanding of what we need. Besides returning E mail, text and phone calls right away, she even showed up at Title company on the day of signing and help explained every single details. Tina provided excellent service. She is a good listener, she was very thorough and was very professional. I especially appreciated how Tina was always available via either email or phone for the many questions that came up during the home selling process. Tina was also very helpful in getting my property ready for sale, helping me find plumbers, inspectors and other handy workers. She also provided a top photographer to take pictures of the home staging. Her advice on everything from the selling price to open house scheduling was spot on. Overall, Tina was wonderful to work with and I would have no hesitation in enlisting her services in the future.
