One-​on-​One counseling:

We have put together a program that will incorporate both of these entities with the key ingredient being a strong support system and accountability. We provide weekly nutrition and fitness consultations both locally and remotely that are centered around increasing energy, managing your weight, and bettering your overall health. We are committed to supporting you and holding you accountable to ensure you are on track for success. After 1 month with us you will lose weight, feel more fit, and energized.

Corporate Wellness:

ThriveRD provides a comprehensive package for small to medium sized businesses. We include monthly lunch and learns, weekly newsletters, and one on one counseling available for all employees. Make health and wellness a priority for your office today!

Bootcamp Classes:

Starting February 24th 2015, join us in Russian Hill for a butt kicking workout (we promise you’ll have fun too). All levels are welcome to come out and sweat with us. Check out our website for more information on how to sign up!

Merritt and Kelsey G.

Business Owner

Kelsey Dickens Gonzalez is a registered dietitian and has been working in the health and nutrition field for over six years. Kelsey specializes in one-​on-​one counseling, weight loss and sports nutrition. She has successfully taught numerous clients how to boost energy, look great, feel great and THRIVE at any age!

Merritt Kinkade is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and has trained hundreds of people ranging in fitness levels and ages. She has led marathon training and taught kickboxing, spin, and bootcamp classes. Fitness should be rejuvenating, challenging, and fun. Merritt is passionate about encouraging and supporting her clients so they can THRIVE!
