Therapeutic Chef is a nutritional chef service specializing in using food as medicine to help prevent cancer, heart disease and diabetes. We offer nutritional consulting, macrobiotic cooking lessons and personal meal delivery service. All prepared food is organic and vegetarian. Many vegan and gluten-free options available.
History
Established in 2005.
Therapeutic Chef was developed because Kristin (owner) wanted to help people be healthy. Kristin is a nurse, a nutritionist and natural chef who believes that we can prevent most of the illnesses of our society if we just ate real food.

Business Owner
Kristin is a registered nurse, nutritionist and natural chef. She has been teaching nutrition cooking classes in the bay area since 2006. She has been a personal chef for over 10 years and she specializes in using food as medicine. Kristin has successfully reversed diabetes, heart disease and obesity in many clients through her nutrition coaching, cooking lessons and therapeutic meal delivery service.
