Established in 2015.

The Law Office of Jaime Longoria was formed to protect the public against a criminal justice system that is out of control. Rather than rehabilitating «offenders» and focusing on the social and mental health problems that result in crime, our governments and private contractors have chosen to perpetuate crime in order to benefit from our tax dollars. Jaime Longoria, a licensed attorney and US Marine, created this criminal law practice to fight for you in the courtroom.

After ending his contract as a Sergeant with the United States Marine Corps, Jaime returned to his hometown and enrolled at Utah Valley University where he studied criminal justice and graduated at the top of his class with a bachelor degree (BS). He continued onto law school at the University of Utah where he focused on criminal law. After earning his law degree (JD) he was accepted into a competitive trial advocacy program at California Western School of Law and earned his master of laws degree (LL.M).
