Chef Anthony and the entire service team at Chef’s Palate are absolutely incredible to work with! Anthony put together a creative, playful & DELICIOUS menu for the carnival inspired holiday party I hosted for a corporate client. He was responsive and easy to work with during the planning process, courteous and timely on site at the event and truly went above and beyond to ensure the party was a success. His service staff was equally wonderful and kept the guests well fed throughout the party.

Anthony of The Chefs Palate went above & beyond his call of duty to cater to our guests at the Haut’e MusiQ: A Night of Fashion & MusiQ for the American Red Cross Fundraiser with MoviN’ 99.7’s House Nation.
Everything was absolutely Amazing from the Salad, Soup, H’orderves & SO much more! He completely impressed all of our guests by beautifully displaying all of his gourmet creations to satisfy the palate. I would highly recommend Anthony and his staff if you are looking for 5 Star Service at a reasonable cost.

Anthony is fun, talented and gifted with taste! I love to watch him in action — his vision always gets interpreted well, because he is such a good manager of his team. I’ve worked with him on large and small events and all were executed to perfection. Even the beach party in the wind. He also has a great eye for server-​ware, interiors and workflow & makes everything seem so easy.

Anthony catered my wedding over two years ago and people are still talking about how good the food was. I can still remember everything we had — scallops, steak with amazing chimichurri, white truffle gnocchi, mizuna salad, asparagus with shaved egg and hazelnut. The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had, period. Choosing Anthony was the best decision I made for my wedding. (besides my husband, of course.)

Anthony catered a wedding shower that my parents and I threw for some friends… the selection of menus made it really fun to pick a selection and it was all presented beautifully. Service was great and flowed well, too.

Anthony catered a dinner for my company and it was outstanding. I was really impressed with everything he cooked and the spread was beautiful: steamed winter vegetables, short ribs, scalloped potatoes and the best cioppino I’ve ever had (and I have ordered it many times at various Italian restaurants!). All of the ingredients were fresh so the flavors really popped; I especially appreciated that the steamed veggies were crisp and not the least bit soggy or greasy. I would highly recommend this company for any event or private dinner! The presentation is great and Anthony was super fun and easy to work with.

Being a caterer myself, I was a little nervous about hiring someone for my staff dinner but Anthony and his crew were wonderful! They were extremely professional and helpful and the food was incredible. I would love to find out his secret for that amazing risotto. I hired Anthony and his team for a number of events I planned while working for one of the large art museums in the city. His prices were incredibly competitive and the quality of the food was superb! The set up and break down was fast and professional, something that not all caterers know how to do well.
All I all, a great experience! I would highly recommend The Chef’s Palate.
