History

Established in 2012.

Take What U Can is an on going photography endeavour based on a philosophy that great images are created with a keen eye and a willingness to take risks. Take What U Can promotes the notion that any one can be the subject of amazing photographs. It’s not about your gear, its about the shot. I started shooting with a vintage film camera and some of my favorite shots came from that camera. I would walk the streets of the city and basically took what I could, using what was available to me at any given time. My roots are in street photography but have since branched out into portraiture, still life and documentary style shooting.

My name is Michael Savvides and I am the owner and operator of Take What U Can Photography, I specialize in various sub-​genres of portraiture ranging from Classical Boudoir to Sensual and Erotic images for singles and couples. My client base ranges from models in need of portfolio work to working professionals who want a collection of images to give as a gift to a significant other or even just to capture a moment in time. I understand that because of the provocative nature of this type of photography, many clients require discretion and I am happy to oblige, your secret is safe here.
