We teach public workshops and offer private and corporate team-​building workshops as well. Our custom succulent arrangements can be ordered for weddings, business meetings, and other events too. History

Established in 2012.

Sunshine & Succulents grew out of owner Brandi Chalker’s love of easy-​to-​keep-​alive plants. What started as a hobby of making tiny succulent arrangements in teacups and cocktail glasses has grown into a dedicated business providing succulent knowledge and terrariums to the masses.

Brandi’s love of succulents stems from her long-​time residence in San Francisco’s Sunset District, where wondrous succulents both large and small thrive in the harsh ocean winds, sandy soil, and fog. She is passionate about sharing her love of plants (her personal collection has now grown to include air plants, Japanese «Marimo» moss balls, carnivorous plants, and more!) with the public, and thinks everyone’s home should be an indoor forest.
