Came to return or exchange a pair of sunglasses on Saturday at 5 pm. There was a sign that said«be back in 20 minutes.» I waited 30. This was at 5 pm on a Saturday! About 20 people tried to get in the store but couldn’t. Kind of bad for sales and really bad for customer service. The manager should know that people are taking long breaks. Also maybe the staffing should be better so the store doesn’t have to close at peak hours.

The Ray Bans are SO cheap here! The service is great. My mom and I bought a pair of Ray Bans for that dad in less than 5 minutes; in and out the store.

i had a return problem and liz was really really helpful… so helpful that i feel kinda bad. she made a lot of phone calls to customer service and managers. oh yea, this review is based entirely on liz, because SGH sucks! for returns over $ 100 paid in cash, you get a stupid company check in the mail. i was so furious! isnt like 95% of all the fucking shit at sunglass hut stores over 100 dollars?!? what if you dont believe in plastic and pay everything in cash?!? you have to wait 3 weeks for them to send you the fucking check! ughh im buying my shades at nordstroms!
