I dont know why she had such low review. She is My sister and my two kids’s pediatrics and i just love her. She is caring amd amswer all my questioma when needed. It may be sometimes you have to wait a while for your appointment But hello she got otjer patients to care for too

Worst doctor ever. A nightmare. ZERO STARS. I’m a pretty new patient and I’ve been to her clinic 3 times. Every time I went, she was late. The first two times, I was just a little irked but it didn’t bother me very much. However, after my most recent appointment she had shown her true evil colors.
I came about 10 min early in the morning and the woman at the front desk told me doctor was going to be late and that she was going to come, in about 30 minutes and there was a room full of people waiting before me… ok, so I told her I was going to go out and come back since it’ll probably take more than an hour until my turn. She said ok and I left. Thirty minutes later, I came back and the doctor was still not there. She finally came in. But I sat there waiting for almost an hour.
I asked the lady in the front desk, how much longer is it going to take. The doctor apparently heard me and got pissed. She brought me in. Checked height, weight, eh. Then she asked the front desk lady, «Was she late?» I was not sure if she was talking about me. The lady answered with, «Yes, alittle bit.» WTF.
I went into the other room to get my shot. I walked in, sat down, and waited for the doctor some more. Then she stormed in and didn’t greet me or look me in the eye and said, take off your sweater. Um, ok. Then she started lecturing me on not picking Saturdays for appointments. And the started ranting about what she had to do and how she doesn’t have time. I understand that she might have had something important come up. But she was so rude about it! Then she babbled on about how I WAS 10 MINUTES «LATE».
As a patient, I find this very unprofessional. She doesn’t apologize about being late, making me wait so long. Instead, she rambled on with excuses, making me feel like it was MY fault. Then I am falsely accused of being LATE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience.

My daughter was sick and had been wheezing all day. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and we showed up at her clinic at 4:30PM, Dr. Kuo saw us on the same afternoon. She said that she doesn’t close her office until everyone in the waiting room is seen, no matter how long it takes. I’m really lucky to have such a thoughtful and considerate pediatrician. Thanks, Dr. Kuo!

I am definitely not fond of her. I’ve only been her patient for 2 years but I really dislike my experience here. I don’t find making appointments hard but she never keeps the appointments and I end up waiting outside for hours. I waited 3 hours past my appointment time to be checked. Seriously. 3 damn hours. That’s ridiculous. I had an appointment. AN APPOINTMENT. I would understand 20 mins but 3 hours. Are you fucking kidding me. She also takes up other patients despite the fact that she’s booked me for that time. That’s irritating right there. Also, I told her I thought I had a problem with my shoulder. She began questioning why I thought that I had a problem and basically shrugged it off. Like actually? You are a doctor. Be concerned about my well-​being. ACTUALLY CHECK OUT MY SHOULDER. NOT SHRUG YOUR OWN. Seriously. I have an appointment this week and I’m going to bring it up again. If she just ignores it, I am not going to be happy. It’s like she doesn’t even want to check out my shoulder. Let me tell you this: I waited 40 mins after my scheduled appointment and had another patient cut in front of me to inform her of my shoulder problem. This is bullshit right here.
Oh and ditto on the attitude she has for people who can understand her. And it’s true about peeing in a pixie cup for the urine test. That’s nasty as hell.

BAD! ALL BAD! She treats her young patients (0−17yrs) very well. BUT she insisted that I stay under her care, a PEDIATRICIAN. I am 21 years old and her range of care is no longer adequate for an adult of my age. Every time I went for a visit when I was young appoint times were always booked, it’s in a shitty location in Chinatown, and all she cares about is poking you with syringes. I recall her giving me multiple ones on the same visit. She also has an attitude if you are old enough to understand her (older than 17+). I do not like going to her office, it has an unwelcoming environment, you need to pee in a DIXIE CUP for the urine test, and overall very unprofessional. I still have not received my diagnosis results from my x-​rays that I had done FIVE YEARS AGO! This is all outrageous and absurd. Never again.

The location here really sucks because it’s in Chinatown. It is hard to make an appointment, she is always super booked to the max and I have to wait like 2 weeks just to be seen. I’ve been going here since I was 12 and have recently decided to switch my primary care physicians due to all these inconveniences. Trying to find parking around here is always a pain, of course since its Chinatown.
I really do love her, but the commute is whack yo.

She may sound a bit standoffish, but she’s very good & caring to her patients. I was a little hesitant to take my baby there, but she actually returns calls. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure my baby is fine after a small scare. I rarely wait to be seen and the parking garage in her building is pretty reasonable.
