It should be no stars because I received no service. Unilocal required me to make a selection. I hired a male dancer for a party in a bar. We had dinner plans first and the dancer had to arrive and be in and out in two hours. I had it all worked out with the woman I spoke to over the phone at when I booked. She was lacking in customer service skills but not quite rude. Whatever. I got it booked. I received the email confirmation and all appeared in order. Arrival 8:00(with half hour window). That was what I had discussed when I booked. Two weeks before the party, a close relative of mine became quite ill and had become terminal. My family and I were basically waiting for my aunt to pass. In view of that, I was unable to attend the party. At 7:45, I received a phone call from the office of informing me that my dancer showed up early(7:30) and no one from the party was there. Well, yeah. The bachelorette was still at dinner and planned to arrive at 8:15 for the 8:30 show. The girls I asked to handle hosting in my place were outside parking(for 7:45 arrival to beat the dancer). The woman I spoke with on the phone from the stripper’s office asked me what I should instruct the dancer to do. I asked her to inform him to wait — that someone would be there any minute. My girls were 4 minutes late(7:49) and he was gone. The owner of the club begged him to stay … especially considering he wasn’t supposed to be there until 8:00 for an 8:30 show … and I would like to repeat … the woman from their office said the dancer was early. Words from her own mouth. I called their office back and got the same lady who immediately got upset and hostile because I wanted to know why he couldn’t wait. She accused me of poor party planning because none of her other dancers had that problem with their parties and they had 70 other dancers out, so clearly the problem was ME and not them. I tried to explain to her what was discussed when I booked and what was in the email that was sent to me and how it all seemed to be in order and she kept insisting that I was incorrect and that there were hand written notes on my order that moved my dance up a half hour … NOT at my instruction. She became irate … and then I became irate, we exchanged a few heated words but her insistence that I had fucked up was just inexcusable. She got upset first and then clearly had to place blame on me. I reacted to her poor behavior and demeanor. She finally asked what I wanted to do — she could cancel my dancer or send out another one. I told her I had to check with the club owner as timing was an issue in a bar which would open to the public at some point that evening. When i had finally reached the right people for confirmation that we still wanted a dancer, NOONE would take my call at the stripper office. I tried from my cell phone and then again from my home phone. I left a message informing them that I would, in fact, like another dancer sent out, as she offered. No return call and no dancer. Another girlfriend tried to reach them and they told her that I had canceled my booking and that I was never to book a dancer with them again. Then they stopped taking HER calls, as well. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL staff and very childish behavior as a result of a misunderstanding. DONOTUSETHISSERVICE.

Your approach to this«rebuttal» is a direct example of why your agency should work on customer service. I stated that atlas was very professional however the woman handling the booking was not only rude she was unprofessional. I was not drunk when I spoke to her therefore I was in a clear understanding of her bad customer service. My other complaints are very justified and rather than take the customers word for being mistreated you disregard and make excuses. Like I said before I was not happy with that end of it however atlas was very professional. unlike your other employees.
