Steven and Danny have brought a peace to our family we have not known for 5 years. Our tenants have tormented us daily with their loud, rude, and disruptive behavior. The day that Steven and Danny took up my case and sent the notice to my tenants their behavior changed quickly. They were less disruptive but the loud partying didn’t go away completely. The day they left, I had the best sleep of my life. After that I removed my unit from the rental market.
