Business Owner

Anxiety and stress are my areas of specialty. I also address relationship problems, life transitions, and work-​related issues. I have over five years of experience treating anxiety disorders/​stress in a variety of settings, including Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, San Francisco VA, and California State University, Sacramento. In my private practice, I work with adults (ages 18+) providing individual therapy and coaching. I am also a staff psychologist at New Dawn Eating Disorders Recover Center in Sausalito, CA.
