One star due to both product and service.
As a background, I drink dozens of iced teas from various Starbucks each year.
I spent $ 3.05 on a grande iced tea. The cup was filled to the top with ice, amounting to 2⁄3 ice and 1⁄3 tea. After drinking the 4 – 5 ounces of tea, I asked the store about this. The response was a curt «order it light ice next time». No apology or even consideration of 4 more ounces of tea.
For those ordering iced drinks from here, be warned that they add more ice than most other Starbucks.

We were in San Francisco to celebrate our 25th anniversary. As we were walking towards the Ferry Building and on to the infamous cable cars, we stopped in Starbucks for some refreshing drinks and coffee. Service was brisk and attentive and our drinks were perfect.

I’ve been here for 7 hours getting some work done while out of town when I noticed my pocket was a little light. Yup, lost my wallet!!! I thought «No Way someone turned MY WALLET in, full of cash, but decided to ask anyway… A Starbucks employee turned it in and saved me a miserable time trying to fly home, not to mention being out of town without a penny, ID, or credit card!
