Andy manages a small fleet of a couple dozen bikes for us up at the Stanford Court. He is absolutely spectacular! He takes great care of these assets, always ensuring they are safe, tuned-​up and ready for our guests. He is extremely reliable and his prices are fair. He arrives at set intervals to provide on-​going maintenance and is always quick when an emergency repair is needed. I highly recommend Andy and Sprockets to any organization looking for on-​going mobile bike service. Well done!

Andy worked on 3 of my bikes. Great service: on time, polite, competent and responsive. Better yet, bikes never worked better and he did laugh at my mistakes [at least to my face].

Nobody needs that. My time is worth something. Call Andy. Super nice guy. Came to the house. Parked right in front and got down to brass tacks. Told me what he could do, and even better told me what I shouldn’t do. It’s an old MB and it doesn’t have much life left. He was very honest. He did a complete overhaul and even fine tuned some things after I test rode it. Unbelievably reasonably priced. Especially for coming to the house and doing what he does. So reasonable that I told him he under charges. I mean honestly. How often do you tell people to charge you more? But for what it is, he’s worth every red nickel. Got the old war horse back in working condition. Great guy. Great business model. Well done.

It has been a good past year for Clement, we got Healthy Spirits for stocking up good brew, Richmond Republic, and now a top bicycle shop. Andrew and Jon are top, good to see a place like this open in the hood.

Andy is awesome! I live about 1.5 miles from a LBS, and I got tired of throwing my disabled bikes into the car to get them wrenched on. Lo and behold here comes Andy from Sprocket right up to my doorstep! Prompt, courteous and highly professional, Andy’s gonna get it done. I had some pretty off-​brand bikes that had some sticky problems, but Andy was able to accommodate me and get the parts for a return visit that fixed me up good. By the way, his prices are very affordable. His level of attention to detail is truly impeccable, he’ll keep your ride in tip-​top shape!

Bike repair at your doorstep is hard to beat! Andy was responsive, knowledgeable and competitively priced. After the work, he even followed up by text to make sure everything was ok. I’ve recommended him to others and will definitely call him again.

Andy helped me fix a broken spoke, installed a new chain and gave me pointers on how to install break pads on my own. Andy provided great service, didn’t pressure me into buying things I didn’t need and even threw in a free used tire into the bargain. I would recommend Andy for all of your bike repair needs!

Andy was at my front door as agreed! Diagnosed, estimated, calculated repaired and delivered! AND now the kicker: he messaged me a week later to see if all was ok with my bike!!! THAT’S customer service!

I called Andy because I have a commuter bike that I store at BART and ride to work every day. There is no bike shop near where I work and no bike shop close enough to BART. So a mobile bike shop is a PERFECT solution to my problem.
Andy provides great service. He’s a really great bike tech and is easy to work with. I had an issue with an old bike that he was able to fix quickly. He seems to know bikes.
If you don’t live near a bike shop or you need a bike shop to come to you for some reason, call Andy!

I came across Sprocket Mobile on an internet search and thought that I would give it a try. I needed to get my both of my derailleurs adjusted so I emailed Andy the night before and he called me back the next day to schedule an appointment. He came out to my work and took care of me. It is as good as it gets for me because a bike shop would have made me wait at least 3days or more. Try him out and you will not be disappointment. I would use him again.

I’ve had Andy work on my bike twice now. He’s extremely helpful and accommodating. My bike needed a new chain and cassette and he provided speedy service. My bike was available the next day.
On another visit, I had to have new brake pads installed and I asked to have my handlebar tape replaced. It had begun to unravel and I thought it was at its end. Instead he rewrapped the tape and I was able to save some money. Yay!
This mobile bike repair is a great concept and I will happily continue to support this fella.

I haven’t used the service, & if the rude driving & arrogant personality of the van driver is representative of the company, I won’t. Blocking a parking space that I was obviously backing into was the move of a jerk. His only comment when called on it was to say, «Whatever.»
