Sprint Store

My friend and I decided it was time to switch our families over from AT&T to sprint. We walked into the store and was helped by Sherelle. She was very friendly and patient. I needed 4 lines switched over and my friend needed 3. That’s 7 lines that this woman had to deal with. She took her time and made sure things were all in order. Due to the fact that we had 7 lines, we ended up being at the store a little longer than expected, and in that time I noticed how the staff working that night was all very friendly. I definitely recommend this store.

The actual Sprint company has been giving me a headache, but this place has made it bearable to me. Huge shoutout to Marcelo for helping me step by step to transition over to Sprint (and I got to admit, I almost called it quits.) The actual Sprint corporation needs to get their shit together. Ordered a new phone and activation online– came into store and they were unable to process it because the order failed to create an account for me. Marcelo came to the rescue and canceled the order and started a new one for me. Then for some reason the servers stopped working citywide (really. really?!) Literally one thing after another… so I once again I had to come back another day but… hooked it up for me with the activation fee waived + a free case for the inconvenience. But right when you think that you’re done, Sprint mails you a bill with the activation fee included… and once again, just one stop back here and Marcelo got that refunded back to me.
So long story short, Sprint kept fucking up something one after another but every time it happens, Marcelo (and his crew here at the store) are the real mvp for knowing exactly how to handle the situation.

Marcelo, Candy, and Calvin were incredible! I was dreading the thought of dealing with getting new phones for my family but they made it easy and enjoyable. Yes… I said enjoyable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure I had the right solution for all my family members. At this point, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I still can’t believe I had such a great experience at a phone store.
Thank you guys… you are the best!

It finally happened, had too much fun at sketchfest and broke my phone .
So I come down to the sprint store to get a new phone. Marcelo and the team helped me out and gave me all my options. It was a great experience! The team feels like a family.

I don’t know if it’s the people who work here or just the Sprint customer service process in general, but it took 2 hours to buy a phone and 2 to return it when the promotion with Amazon didn’t work. A colossal waste of time. I watched a customer talk with Sprint on the phone at the register while the staff person just sat there, unable to help me or anyone else at the register for the 35 minute duration of the phone call. Avoid this store if you value your time and sanity.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews… Two yrs ago, I bought a phone with Larry… A Great and Friendly guy… A month ago, I went to the store to upgrade my Phone, and Candy was very helpful… I left the store satisfied and happy… She was very patient and walked thru different plans, so I could save some money… Today I went to the store again and Candy helped me again, I had a issue with my Daughters Phone, and she was very helpful as usual.

Check your phone system. It is impossible to talk to someone at your store by phone. Do you even want business?

Welcome to the nightmare of my Sprint experience, during which I was literally LIED TO by the Sprint associate in this store so that he could secure a phone sale for himself.
In June of this year, my Galaxy 4 suddenly stopped charging, so I went to the Sprint store in San Francisco at 3435 Geary Blvd. The associate working there, Marvin C, informed me that as my 2 year contract was up, I qualified for a free Galaxy 6 Edge (NO COST). We talked through it and I went with this phone. He also informed me that I qualified for a free Galaxy Tablet along with the Edge. All at NO COST.
Toward the end of the conversation, he informed me that I would unfortunately have to pay a $ 225 down payment for the Edge, but that this $ 225 would be refunded to me after 12 months (this would later turn out to be a COMPLETE LIE). He also informed me that the Edge would incur a $ 15 monthly charge on my plan, but that due to a current promotion with Samsung, I would see a $ 10 credit applied to my bill each month, so that effectively I’d only be paying $ 5 per month (THIS AS WELL WAS A COMPLETE LIE, as Sprint later informed me in August that no such promotion ever existed).
I would additionally find out, after complaining to an associate about this insanity, that to even keep the phone, I would not only have to now pay $ 15 per month + the non-​refundable $ 225 which has been stolen from me due to an intentional misinformation, but $ 210 additionally at the end of 24 months in order to retain the phone as mine. This adds up to over $ 800 in costs that were corruptly put upon me by a dishonest associate, and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RECTIFY THIS because Sprint practices a wonderful balance between their stores and their Customer Care wherein NO ONE HAS ANY ACCOUNTABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER. In fact, when I recently returned to the store and spoke to one of the young ladies working there, she informed me that he (Marvin) was no longer employed there. While I understand that she doesn’t have the power to refund my deposit or reimburse me for these wrongfully worked in fees, why on earth should I care whether Marvin works here or not? He was employed by this company.
I have, over the years, been in here over 10 times and have dealt with much better associates than the one relative to this circumstance, but being as a store associate literally lied to me to secure a sale, I hold the business accountable and consider it a dishonest place for a potential client to associate with.

Disappointing experience in terms of service levels and lack of friendliness. We were the only ones in the store to activate a phone and it took 30 minutes (system issues). Unenthusiastic and unapologetic. A store that could use some training and new energy and momentum. Sad experience. See picture posted above. Perla, tattoo behind right ear, was miserable and going through the motions. Where’s that spirit I have experienced at the many other Sprint stores like Serramonte? She didn’t crack a smile once.
Follow up: just spoke with Hector, store manager, who wasn’t able to offer up much input (or even an apology) about my experience. Really a pathetic place.

The customer service was excellent with a knowledgeable staff. They have also been friendly and are geared toward finding the best deals on phones and plans.

Anthony is truly Ahh-​MAZzz-​ING!
He was super chill, down to earth, and comfortably talked to me, as if, we have been friends for years!
He listened attentively, to everything, I was in need of. He gave me a few different options and even called the help desk people (*3) and got all the options possible. He made me feel, completely, taken care of. Even when I asked 100 000 questions, he was patient, understanding and personable.
Anthony’s attention to detail, phenomenal customer service, ability to communicate and speak assertively, to get the best results for my needs, was one the reasons I haven’t left sprint yet.

I came in here last week to get an iPhone6 and was helped by Zarrell. He was very patient, gracious, and was able to advise me on the best plan for my intended usage. He told me all about the phone and plan features, and ultimately really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me get the best product for my needs. I hope Zarrell’s manager reads this and knows that they have a really great salesman working for them.

Scammers! Lies! Nothing but lies!

They’re just looking for a sale.
I went on for a free upgrade that they notified me of in the mail.
The guy at the counter assured me he was doing what was best for me talked me into all this equipment I didn’t want, made changes to my plan I didn’t want added lines I didn’t want. All with the promise that my bill would be $ 50 less A month.
It stayed the same which was fine. But now
It’s $ 80+ more a month. Like I said lies, nothing but lies.
I will not be going back to this Sprint store EVER! And definitely will not be recommending Sprint to family or friends.

On December 28, I get a email from sprint saying that I owe them over $ 1200 and threatening me that if I don’t pay up by the end of the day I’m being sent to collections. I went straight into the sprint store and demanded an explanation. After a long hour of the rep trying to figure out what happened with the customer support line ends up ANTONIO somehow accelerated my bill so I was getting charged for the entire contract rather than cancelling my plan! The rep that was helping me that day told me that the reversal process can only be administered by the store manager so the best he can do is tell customer support to give me a 1 month extension. I then left my name and number with the rep and told him the store manager needs to call me so I can discuss with him about my dilemma. A few days passed and I didn’t get a call so I decided to call him. Called a few times and never got a hold of him. I asked when the store manager was working so I could call at a better time and I was told «he doesn’t have a set schedule and just shows up whenever he feels like.» Ooooh really? Sounds like the Store manager doesn’t want to face an unhappy customer and doesn’t want to own up to what his crappy rep ANTONIO messed up on.
Today is January 26, 2015. I woke up to an email from Sprint saying that I still owe them $ 225 and that the bill would be sent to 3 different credit bureaus and would effect my credit score. I immediately called the financial line for sprint and asked what was going on. Basically she tells me that I still owe for and activation fee and a late fee on that. I told her that I was told by ANTONIO that if I returned the phone within 14 days I would not have to pay a penny more than the $ 35 restock fee. Turns out that after the 3^rd day, regardless of cancellation, you have to pay the activation fee. Seems like to me ANTONIO doesn’t know a single thing about what he’s doing or telling people. So on top of the activation and late fees, someone from THIS SPRINT LOCATION actually had to audacity to reverse the return for my Gear Fit. So basically it came up to the financial offices that I never returned it and I owe $ 149.99 on that. I told the lady on the phone that I have the receipt right in front of me that shows I returned everything on the 11^th day of signing up with sprint (3 days to spare on the 14 day policy.) Fortunately the lady on the phone was extremely sympathetic to my ordeal and actually acknowledged that she deals with similar cases so she waived the accessory charge and only asked me for the fees.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!! Do yourself another and don’t waste your time with sprint. T-mobile’s 4gLTE network is a GODSEND compared to sprint.
ADVICE TO THE STORE MANAGER.
Fire ANTONIO and make sure your current and future employees are properly trained.

In November, I went into this store’s location to update my phone plan. The sales associate Larry made a few mistakes on my contract that ended up taking over a month to resolve (and still have not been resolved). The one error that he committed selecting me for a 12 month plan instead of a 24 month plan ended up increasing the monthly amount of my phone bill. I reached out to the store and was told by the same sales associate that he would take care of it and fix the issue with the contract. This did not happen even after visiting the store two different times. Now the store manager is telling me he can either return my phone next month and start my contract over at that time or credit me 50% of the extra charges (that were caused by his sales associate). I definitely do not want to extend my contract with Sprint — so option 1 is a NO; and having to pay extra due to an error by the store employee is definitely not going to happen. When asked if I can just contact the District Manager, I was told by Ben the manager that you can only email them and that he does not have a work phone. Which I am pretty sure was a complete lie.
All I want is to get my issue resolved as I was assured by Larry the first time I went back to the store. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The manager is just as clueless as the employees giving incorrect information.

I was motivated to come in and switch over to Sprint by their «cut your bill in half» deal. So far the deal seems to be legit and far superior than AT&T or Verizon, both which I’ve been a victim of. The service here was truly spectacular — Justin got me set up so seamlessly and painlessly with all the works. He, and all the staff, were genuinely nice, knowledgable and dedicated to customer service. I was really impressed. I just had to go back in to replace something and another member helped me out super quick with no questions asked. I’m an upmost happy customer! Thank you guys!

Daughter needed to activate her phone & her old phone wouldn’t turn on to transfer her info, so we visited the Sprint store. Sally was the most nicest & helpful staff I’ve ever met! Thank you! Will always visit this store in the future! Parking was a breeze right in front (but I noticed there’s rear parking with entrance off Stanyan)

I had honestly given up on Sprint and the poor customer service I had experienced in my few interactions with them over the past 6 years. Today I went in to this store to either close my account or upgrade both phones, depending on how the customer service will be. I came in here last year and was treated poorly and wasn’t assisted. After being mugged and having both my phones taken from me, I needed an immediate solution. I wasn’t looking for pity but a little help and guidance would have been nice. I ended up going to the Apple store and buying a new iPhone full price and was treated well with great service.
Today’s Experience; I walked in with my baby sister who is visiting from Philly and was greeted by Anthony. He was kind and professional. He assisted with both upgrades and other music devices that we needed. There was another sales guy (African American) that was assisting as well and he was very helpful and cool. I would definitely recommend this store for good customer service.

I never go into a Sprint store immediately when I need to. It usually takes me a few days to muster the patience, the huevos, and the desperation to spend an hour in there. THIS VISIT WAS SO PLEASANT! I was greated promptly by Joe (I believe that was his name) who got me exactly the phone I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Well I guess that’s not exactly true: I PAID LESS than I expected! All thanks to Joe, going above and beyond, doing quick research for me to make sure I was getting the best value.

Although my cell phone service provider is not with Sprint, my mom and dad our customers, and with that said this location always give great customer service.
They’re very polite and have lots of patience.
