Established in 2012.

Two years ago when Jenn and Starla joined forces to start SmartfulWorks, both lived in the Bay Area and their goal was to build the business locally. Less than a year into the partnership, Jenn announced that she was moving to Atlanta.

If you had asked us 2 years ago how we felt about virtual teaming, we probably would have told you that is was sub-​optimal. Now we can say from our own experience, we aren’t just believers, we are evangelists. To us, this was a lesson in what we teach teams. When life hands you change that you don’t want, how can you use it to create something better?

Change is happening faster than ever. SmartfulWorks helps forward-​thinking organizations invest in their most valuable asset– leader of tomorrow. The complexities of the workplace are greater than they have ever been. Jenn specializes in Training and Facilitation, Team Dynamics, and Leadership Development. She works globally with Fortune 500 companies to assess the skills and needs of their talent base and help leadership understand their organization’s strategy. She then designs and delivers training, coaching, communications, and/​or a change approach to align both.

Her professional background, coupled with her Masters in organizational and career psychology, has given her skills in career and professional development. She has worked globally with individuals and organizations to help them reach their goals.

For over a decade, Jenn worked in the training, recruiting, leadership and organizational development, leading companies such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Jenn holds a double Masters in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
