There is nobody on the face of the planet who cares about their face more than I do!!! I have been stressing like crazy this year and it felt like I was aging like cray cray!!! That’s when the little birdy told me I should get botox/​fillers. Before making the decision to go with Dr. Bari, I interviewed at least 20 different plastic surgeons in Southern California including the ones in Beverly Hills bc I wanted the best DR and the best results!!! Umm hello!!! It’s MY FACE!!! I was going to one doctor to another and I was getting frustrated bc they were creepy, fake, or all about $$$!!! One even started rubbing my back!!! #truestory! Anyways, so yeah, I was getting frustrated because they all made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn’t find THE ONE until a good friend of mine who lives up in the Bay area referred me to Dr. Bari. I was a little hesitant at first because I live allll the way down in San Diego and Dr. Bari is all the way up in SF but since I couldn’t find the perfect doctor/​miracle worker down here, I decided to give Dr. Bari a try and OMG!!! It was the best decision I have ever made!!!
Dr. Bari totally stood out from the crowd bc during my consultation, he was very professional, personable, made me feel comfortable & I loved his energy!!! Dr. Bari went over so much more than all the other doctors. He spent A LOT of time explaining everything to me in details about the procedure, different types of injections I could choose from and what his recommendations were.
I had Juvederm injected in my under eyes and not only do I look AMAZING, it looks so natural! He is a perfectionist!!!
I am going back for another procedure soon! Oh yeah, Dr. Bari did a fabulous job of making me feel at ease bc I absolutely HATE needles!!! I am 34 years old and people always ask me if I’m 24. Yep yep, I’m 24. Haha. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to everybody! Thanks Dr. Bari!!! Hehe.

My first impression of Dr. Bari was negative, and should have listened to my instinct… but was persuaded to pursue the breast reduction and told by the doctor how competent and up-​to-​date with modern techniques he was with his superior Stanford education. I bought it, and proceeded. Consequently, After my original procedure, had to have THREE redo’s, because the original had significant problems and wasn’t done adequately. This took place over a six month period. After the third «redo» however, developed necrotizing fasciitis-​ie flesh eating bacteria. The infection, in turn, resulted in a near death experience, emergency removal of one of my breasts with no anesthesia, a two week hospital stay, three additional surgeries, kidney failure due to conflicting medications dr Bari prescribed, and a month on powerful IV antibiotics. He reconstructed the missing breast three months later. I went in a month later complaining of soreness and red splotches under my breast but ignored and told by Dr. Bari he was the ¹⁄₃ of the best surgeons in the world, a genius for his remarkable skills after all this, and quickly reassured me I was completely healed. Two days later, a waterfall of puss was pouring from my breast, I was rushed to the ER again, the infection returned. I spent another two weeks in the hospital, but his time had to have complete removal of all breast tissue on Both sides. The infection spread. I had four more surgeries. Eleven in total. All for what was supposed to be a routine breast reduction. And a reduction it was indeed. A gut wrenching reduction of time from my husband and kids during the months and months of recovery. A reduction in our retirement funds: over three hundred thousand dollars in hospital bills. I reduction in my feminine identity, as Im left with zero breast tissue, but a severely disfigured chest wall. Dr. Bari was asked to leave the hospital by the Chief of staff, and told he’d be escorted out by security if entering the premises again, after attempting to perform an immediate reconstruction with implants on my outrageously infected body. It was as if he was trying to kill me. My new surgeon said I have to wait at least a year to consider reconstruction. I now resemble a breast cancer survivor with a radical, bilateral mastectomy. I can’t begin to describe the physical, and even worse psychological pain all of this created, it’s horrific. Ive unintentionally lost twenty pounds due to stress and depression. Sadly This is only skimming the surface of all that went on. The cruel fate of meeting Dr. Ali Sina Bari a year ago, and proceeding with the initial procedure, was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life.
