OUR MISSION is to spread the sport of kiteboarding and surfing safely at affordable prices! We know each one of our clients are unique, and we serve individuals who have different expectations of their progression. We will structure your lesson plan based around your experience, goals, and schedule.

We conduct our beginner lessons in the safe shallow waters across the San Francisco Bay Area, in the same areas you will be practicing in as a beginner!

History

Established in 2013.

SGKiteboarding is a traveling PASA kiteboarding school, locally owned and operated in Northern California in the summer months. We travel to the East Coast in the Fall months to teach our clients there, and in the winter months take clients from all over the U.S. to exotic kitesurfing locations around the world.

We conduct our beginner lessons in the safe shallow bay waters across Delaware and Maryland with optimal wind conditions in the summer months for anyone flying a kite for the first time.

Business Owner

Owner & Instructor Scott Gordon has traveled the world since age 16, Surfing, Kitesurfing and just plain exploring in Central America, Hawaii, and the Carribean.

An undying passion for the ocean and all board/​water sport is the main factor in the success of his Kitesurfing lessons. Now he’s on a mission to take clients and friends traveling to kitesurf and surf all of the amazing places he’s been.

He was certified in OBX, by the top PASA kiteboarding instructor in the country, and saw a need for professional Kiteboarding lessons in Northern California, conducted by certified instructors. Now SGK continues to grow taking clients to new locations around the world, and we look forward to the 2014 season!
