First floor studio apartment with private entrance. Fully-​equipped kitchen. In-​unit washer/​dryer with earth-​friendly laundry supplies. Spacious bathroom w/​plush organic towels, bath robes & all natural soap & shampoo. Queen bed & organic sheets, fold-​out sofa, writing desk, and dining bar for two. HDTV & DVD/​CD player, free WiFi (high speed internet). Laptop and printer /​copier provided.

Beautiful garden and sunny south-​facing backyard patio.

Welcome package w/​fresh flowers, chocolate, breakfast items, juice & fruit.

For families: Pack n Play and High Chair, available on request.

History

Established in 2010.

SF Vacation Hut is an independent apartment in a 2-​unit building in Noe Valley. We (Jeff & Rachel) bought the place in 2010, and we are very excited about making the downstairs apartment available to visiting guests. We both love San Francisco and will do our best to create the perfect vacation experience for you!

We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance. We are generally booked for the next 1 or 2 months out, but we often have openings here and there. Check our calendar (on our main web page) and see. Stays of 1 week or longer are preferred. You get the best rate if you stay 30+ days, since there’s no hotel tax & no tourism fee (15% savings).

Jeff and Rachel, the owners of SF Vacation Hut, live in the apartment upstairs. We love swing dancing, hiking, live music, record stores, vegan food, outdoor street festivals, and going for epic walks or bike rides all over town. We have a combined total of 30 years of experience living in San Francisco and would be happy to help answer your questions about our city.
