SF Promos

I had a promotional order that was needed urgently and was below their minimum order limit. Despite both of those obstacles, SF Promos hit it out of the park. The items were delivered on time, and at the promised price. I know that it ended up being a burden on them to get this order done, but they still got it done anyway. Their hard work was much appreciated and I would absolutely use them again.

Our company has ordered from SF Promos more than once and I’m sure will be back for more marketing material. Jay and Derrick were both very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Our marketing team are all very happy with the end result and overall process!

I was in a bind needing promotional materials last Thur for an event yesterday. Basically a 5 day turnaround that included a weekend. Jack and Derrick were on it STAT! They helped me select an in stock product, turned around the art in about an hour, and fedexed my shipment 24 hours ahead of schedule. I will definitely use them again. I’m not sure about all the other reviews but my experience was top-​notch.

We ordered our event bags from SF Promos with a very tight turn around. Jay was very accommodating and on time delivery was accomplished. Our event was a success and our guests loved the bags! The print quality was great and the bags matched our expectations. Thank you Jay for taking care of our very demanding order and fulfilling your promises.

I had an urgent need for some last minute giveaways and found SF Promos. I chatted with someone (forgot her name) and she assured me that my items would be produced and available for pick up on the date I had requested. She then connected me with Jay and he right away got the ball rolling and sent me a virtual proof. After my approval he charged my cc and went out of his way to try and not only meet my deadline but deliver it too! I was super excited when FedX pulled up with my order and after review they were exactly what I wanted and expected!!! Thank you SF Promos for a job well done!!!

Since my last review, and new owner changes — SF Promos has made an effort to make up for the services they provided us. I can update them to 3 stars since new management does accept the fault that we experienced and does understand that customer feedback is important. We accept the apology!

I definitely second the sentiment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other options out there.
Reasons to avoid:
Poor product quality.
Awful service.
Problems on top of problems with what should have been a simple order.

SF Promos is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. In March of 2015 we placed an order with these guys and were assured that our merchandise would arrive two weeks later. Not only was our order late but we received less than 50% of our product. They claimed that the rest was lost, but we never received a tracking number for shipments. After a couple of months of back and forth communication we were prommised a refund for the undelivered product but as of July that refund was never issued.
There are plenty of other companies you can use for promotional items. Choose one of them and stay as far away from SF Promos as possible.

I ordered glass mugs and drawstring backpacks as goodie bag items for a middle school graduation. SF Promo did a great job and delivered the products ahead of schedule. Jay and his team were very efficient in providing proofs of the 2 items that I ordered. They were done correctly the first time. Most importantly the kids love both of the items. Thank you!

Second time I ordered from SF promos and they really came through for me again. Got my order in hand, shipped to three different addresses and everything came on time. The team was very responsive and eager to make my shopping experience as smooth as possible and the product is high quality and arrived in good condition.

SF Promo developed challenge coins for my company and did a fantastic job. They were extremely patient in the creative stage (we had 10 revisions back and forth), delivered on time and on budget — my company is thrilled with the final product. Jay and his team went above and beyond and were responsive, polite and great to work with. Thank you so much for your support with this SF Promos! I really appreciate it and will be ordering more swag from you.

I could not have asked for a better experience!
I was in a bind and needed hundreds of promo items for an event happening in 48 hours. The customer service rep I chatted with on the website helped me find several options that I could get very quickly, verified the quantity available and the processing time so that I was guaranteed to have the items on time. Once I selected an item, the team got to work setting our logo and sending me proofs in a matter of minutes, and began printing by the end of the day. The order was completed and out for delivery with in 48 hours as promised and in my hands exactly when I needed it. That means so much to me to know that the whole team at SF Promos work together to provide reliable and consistent service.
On top of all of that, we chose the squeezy sneakers on a key chain — and they were the biggest hit with people at the conference. As a vendor at a conference of 800+ people, sometimes it is hard to stand out. But people were coming to our table looking for them. It gave us so many opportunities to share our mission with new people, I can’t thank SF Promos enough!

SFPromo created our logo stemless glasses for our company’s gala. They were beautifully done, a great hit, and the company was completely responsive to our needs. They delivered one day earlier than expected, the glasses looked spectacular.
If we need something like this in the future, this is where we’re going!

I’ve had great service from this company. We’ve ordered a couple different times for company swag with little lead time. Jay has always done a great job… are products have looked great and arrived on time as promised.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — EVER!!!
We ordered water bottles from them back in May for 2014 (it is now February 2015). I sent a mock, asked over and over for a proof, they would not send it. The water bottles were printed wrong. I had to ask 4 times for a receipt for the purchase price. We returned the bottles for a re-​print. They NEVER reprinted the bottles after asking over and over we finally asked for a full refund. They now refuse to respond and have $ 3,982 of our money that they refuse to give back and will not respond.
I CANNOT STRESS HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY WAS TO WORK WITH, particularly Jay was difficult and non-​responsive and failed to deliver or refund our money.

I worked with Jay from SF promos who was very helpful. I was trying to order chairs for and event for work and when I got the virtual proof it was nothing like the picture from the website so we decided not to use them and cancelled the order. Even though we never ordered the chairs we were still charged over $ 2000, and after numerous emails, nothing has been done to fix this.

The first time we used SF Promo’s earlier this year we had a good experience considering the product we ordered did not come out expected. Jay was able to give us a credit for the full amount that we paid. However, when it came time to make another order for another trade show, everything went downhill. I emailed and called several times to place an order and it took them at least a week to respond back. Jay had mentioned he was out of town and he passed over my request to DJ. DJ took forever to respond and when he did he said

I responded back right away and on Sept 30^th DJ sent me a proof. That was the last time I heard from anyone. Our trade show was on October 8^th and I called and emailed everyday from Sept 30^th for a status report. Let’s just say that we ended up at our trade show with no giveaway item and up to this day (Oct 14^th) I still have not heard back from either Jay or DJ.
Do yourself a favor and do not use SF Promos. We thought that since they were local we would be able to get things quicker but I was wrong.

ok… we gave them another shot and thought all was good. until we got the order one week late and the wrong color! I will say some of the staff their do try their best (Derek)…but there are others (Jay) that just don’t seem to make customer service a priority. So it’s best we just part ways.
