The best part about this Sephora location is that MAC is right next door, so after I was left waiting for 15 minutes for help, I just walked into MAC and found immediate help picking a foundation.

I had registered for the Sephora University session that took place on October 29. My reason for going was to see Oscar Blandi, who was one of the panelists. Unfortunately, I could not make it because of too much homework from school and I was fighting a cold. I was told when I signed up that the $ 25 gift certificate would be mailed to me. I received an email from Sephora that my gift certificate was shipped out on the date I received it, November 3. Well, it is November 15 and there is nothing from Sephora University. I just hung up with them, it turned out that the gift certificate was not sent out on November 3, it would be sent out sometime in the coming days and I should be receiving it soon. What?! It was not shipped out on November 3?! This is the second bad experience I have had with Sephora regarding ordering online and by phone. It makes me wonder. I have had better experience with the stand alone brick and mortar stores to be honest. I am not sure I would want to actually attend a session of Sephora University and order online with

Sephora just launched a new «university» and they held their very first class yesterday (4÷17÷08) from 6 – 9 and all I can say is that it was awesome! It was a mineral makeup master class with Leslie Blodgett (CEO of Bare Escentuals!). Leslie was so nice and down to earth! They served wine, cheese & crackers, as well as brownies for dessert. We all got little goody bags and they raffled off 4 big baskets of BE goodies throughout the event. We all sat in tables of six and each table was full of BE products for you to play with as well as a make-​up artist for you to ask questions. Leslie also walked around and greeted each table and was available for questions. Overall, it was a great event and I look foward to attending the next one!
