We are a pop-up serving the all-American classic cheeseburger in all its original glory, using the perfected method of griddle-steamed cooking introduced in 1921. Made with 100% all-natural, source-verified Angus beef from Creekstone Farms, nestled between Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls (flown in direct from the East coast), with griddled onions, American cheese, and pickles. Crinkle-cut fries are also available with a house-made natural cheddar cheese sauce.

Sel’s Old-Fashioned Sliders is reintroducing the once ubiquitous classic cheeseburger slider to Bay Area food lovers. Eschewing the modern trend of sliders which have come to denote virtually any type of mini burger or sandwich, these cheeseburgers will harken back to authentic old-fashioned sliders, made using the original griddle-steamed method pioneered by tWhite Castle in 1921.
The typical classic cheeseburger slider is a no-frills combination of ingredients consisting of fresh, never frozen, griddle-steamed beef on simple hamburger buns, with griddled onions, American cheese, and pickles. The only contemporary update being applied to this old-time classic will be the use of high-quality premium ingredients. Sel’s Old-Fashioned Sliders will feature hamburger patties hand-formed from a 100% fresh premium ground beef blend derived from natural pasture-raised Black Angus beef supplied by Creekstone Farms.
