Susan J. Wright, Founder /​CEO, has over two decades of experience managing two highly successful full-​service recruiting firms in the Bay Area. Over the years, she has led her winning team of seasoned consultants in making thousands of successful placements.

Becky B.

Manager

Becky brings 15+ years of experience in the recruiting and finance industries. Having worked as a Corporate Vice President at both UBS Financial Services, Inc. and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, she has a thorough and first-​hand working knowledge of the financial services industry. Her expertise includes: Sales, business development, employee benefits & stock equity programs and wealth management. Becky is adept at interacting with people at all levels — from recent college graduates to C-​level executives. A trained Financial Advisor, Becky has held her Series 7 & 63, California Life Insurance license and is a Certified Equity Professional Level I.

She is known for providing an honest, ethical and highly personalized approach to all of her searches. Clients value Becky’s tenacity and ability to quickly understand their specific needs, while Candidates appreciate her friendly yet straightforward approach as well as her impeccable follow up.
