Always friendly, great job(especially with alterations!), and on time. A++ This is my new go-to dry cleaners.

Was not open when they said were going to be open and was over 30 min late. Takes cash only with no signs or heads up, who takes only cash of you aren’t a good restaurant in this day and age? And couldn’t get a simple ball point ink mark out of a jacket. Prices are higher than more convenient choices literally around the block.

I’m not giving this a full 5 stars because I haven’t actually used them yet! I am impressed, though, because I went in there wanting to shorten a maxi dress… BUT the lady insisted that if I did that it would look weird because of the particular fabric the dress was made out of. I was impressed that she didn’t just say«Yes I’ll do this for you.» She actually used her professional opinion to help me and I didn’t end up shortening the dress. It actually fits fine and she was right about keeping it the length it was. So, in conclusion, I can always appreciate an honest business!

My experience here was very disappointing to say the least. I returned home to find that a black skirt I had dropped off was not returned with the rest of my items. When I went back, the sales person said that they were not responsible for my lost skirt, even though it was clearly marked on my receipt that I had dropped off a skirt. She said she would call me back after she looked for it, but never did. I went in multiple times asking if they had found it yet, and each time I received the same response. I understand mistakes happen and I am usually very happy with the service here, but now I will never go back as a result of the poor customer service.

Not a bad place. This is the closest dry cleaners near my apartment and they do a really good job for a cheap price. This place is cash only and quick turn around.

Had a friend drop off alterations on a Friday for a Saturday pickup for a Saturday night Halloween costume party. She received a receipt for a $ 14 bill(7 patches sewn onto the costume at $ 2 each). When I arrived late Saturday afternoon to pick up the costume with the patchwork completed, not only was the job not complete, it hadn’t been started, and now the owner was saying the cost of the sewing would be double what I was quoted. The owner, who was manning the store that day, said the cashier from last time misquoted the price at half of what she normally charged. Despite having the invoice in hand for $ 14, they were unwilling to honor the price written on it. Although she was unwilling to honor her agreement with me, when I brought the same friend who dropped off the job at the store, we were able to get the price down to $ 21(met in the middle). It took about 15 minutes of negotiating in Chinese between my friend and the owner to get there. I was disappointed to find out that the owner told my friend in Chinese that«you’re Chinese — you should be on my side.» Although we eventually agreed to meet in the middle at $ 21 instead of the $ 28 they were now quoting via their bait and switch, we still had to come back yet again to pick it up. Not impressed by not having it done on time nor for paying above and beyond the previously agreed upon price, but the patchwork looked good so we can at least credit them with that. Overall, the business’ unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake and honor the agreement they previously made is a poor business practice and won’t win over customers. I’m a big fan of supporting local merchants in my neighborhood, but this is one store that I simply cannot get behind.

Very reasonably priced(and in the marina!), great customer service, friendly and funny workers there. I always get my work pants dry cleaned there, the lines come out sharp and clean, just the way I prefer. I’ve also gotten jeans hemmed there and they do a great job to make sure it’s the right length and that the thread matches(so important when it comes to my fav jeans or when i just bought a new pair for quite a pretty penny!). And plutos is next door, karas cupcake is across the street – just grab myself a bite/treat after dropping off my clothes! Plus a nail salon right next door and not to mention chestnut is right there, yay retail therapy!

The Best wash and fold, too. Reasonably priced with attention to detail. I also send all my tailoring there and have never been disappointed.

I just picked up two pair of lucky jeans that I brought here for alteration and once again the jeans are hemmed to perfect length with clean lines and matching thread for $ 12 ea. If you live close by like me, then why walk any further? If you don’t live as close, you may consider walking a litter further.
