History

Established in 1966.

San Francisco Toyota has been in business for over 45 years here in our beautiful city of San Francisco. Founded by Bob Reynolds in 1966, San Francisco Toyota is now owned by John Horton and Doug Donnellan. John Horton began his career at San Francisco Toyota in 1971 as a janitor, cleaning and moving vehicles around the dealership, making sure that they were delivered in perfect condition to their new owners. John worked his way up the ladder in the company, ultimately becoming the owner and President of San Francisco Toyota in 1987. Doug Donnellan was the #1 Toyota Salesperson in the United States four times during his career as a Salesperson and became General Manager of a local Toyota Dealership. In 2001, Doug became business partners with John. As a team of 150+ amazing associates, it has always been our goal to serve San Francisco and the Bay Area with the utmost care and integrity; building our future business and creating loyal advocates from repeat customers and referrals.

My name is Frank Celaya and I have been the Customer Relations Manager here at San Francisco Toyota since 2003. Our dealership consists of 150+ loyal associates who believe in ONE GOAL, «Communicate Care» to every one of our customers. Should anyone (including you) ever experience poor service or leave our dealership without a «Peace of Mind,» I assure you we will listen to understand and use best judgment in all situations.
