History
Established in 2015.
I have been a practicing veterinarian in the Bay Area for over 10 years. My dedication to animal behavior flourished as a veterinary student at UC Davis where I founded the Behavior Medicine Club. I took every behavior medicine elective in the curriculum and I spent summers learning from leaders in the field. After my years of dedication to the health and well-being of pets in both private hospitals and shelters, I remain most passionate about animal behavior. I have seen behavior problem outcomes ranging from minor frustration to pet relinquishment and euthanasia. My goal is to assist pet owners in managing and improving their pet’s behaviors to bring peace to the household. I am a San Francisco native who attended Lowell High and UCBerkeley. I live in San Francisco with my two young sons and a terrier/chihuahua mix named Hazel. I enjoy spending time in nature and various athletic pursuits. I look forward to meeting you in person and helping your pet express healthy behavior!

Business Owner
My interest in animal behavior started as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, where I focused on primatology and had the opportunity to conduct behavior research on a group of Hanuman langur monkeys. I also completed a Forestry minor which provided me with a great opportunity for cross-species comparison of animal behaviors. After graduation, I volunteered extensively with wildlife rehabilitation organizations in the Bay Area. Seeking more veterinary medical skills, I began working in small animal veterinary hospitals where I quickly discovered that what interested me most was fostering the bond between people and their pets.
I am a member of the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior and the American Association of Human-Animal Bond Veterinarians. I look forward to meeting you in person and helping your pet express healthy behavior!
