San Francisco Drywall Systems

I’m a contractor and have hired SF Drywall Systems over the past few years. When I asked Jeff to help me with a very small repair on my own home, I figured he would do the same quality work I had come to expect. There were some problems with the work, however, and so I called Jeff to let him know what had happened. I explained that I was calling out of professional courtesy, not to «gripe» as some homeowners might if their house had been left as mine was that day. (I actually wondered if drug use had been a factor since some of the things that were done were so out of line with journeyman drywall repair). Jeff listened and apologized for some of what had happened. Then he totally surprised me by saying that he would come back the next day and simply pick up his things. He felt no sense of obligation to make things right or complete the work that his company had started.
The next day I extended an olive branch and emailed Jeff to ask if I had offended him somehow and reiterated that I had only called him because I thought he would like to know my perspective and experience as a customer. That was a few weeks ago and I have heard nothing in response. I remain shocked by Jeff’s lack of professionalism. I am only glad that I had this experience on work done on my own home and not a client’s house.

Jeff and his guys are the best. From repair to new work, they’ve really made our condo renovation job go smoothly and their work is beautiful.

I’ve now had Jeff and his guys do work at my place twice this year, and both times they’ve done a great job, especially at matching the knock-​down texture I have on my walls. I found Jeff through a contractor who did some other work for us, and I would recommend them for any of your drywall work.
Jeff and his crew are nice, they know what they are doing, they are very reasonably priced, they come in, protect your floors, furniture, etc, do their work, and clean up, and they do a good job. What could be better.
