Safety Service Scaffolding

Unreliable. After the work was done, they told the general contractor they would pick it up in a couple days. Two more times they told him they would get it the following day and didn’t. I had to send a certified letter telling them I was getting it hauled away if they didn’t get it right away before they took it, 5 weeks after the work was done!

I can’t confirm or deny the two reviews here complaining about blocking traffic and the personal habits of the workers a couple of years ago, but I say these people know how to put up scaffolding that stays put in a huge storm.
A couple of nights ago, a very strong windstorm blew through San Francisco like I don’t ever remember happening before. Our apartment building is just across the street from another building that is 5 stories high and currently loaded with scaffolding top to bottom for outside painting work.
We are on the 2^nd floor just across a narrow street on top of an exposed hill, and anything that blew off that scaffolding was going to hit us hard and likely come through the window glass, of which there is plenty. We were so concerned we stayed out of the rooms on that side of our apartment till the next day, and whaddaya know —
— NOTHING blew off the scaffolding. —
I don’t remember in 10 years of living here such strong, sustained wind for so long, and if their scaffolding held up in that blow, I gotta be impressed.

These guys are great. Old school, reliable. They’ve been around for like 30 years. I had 2 scaffoldings put on on different sections of my house over a period of 3 months. Ask the house painters; they know.

these guys are working in my neighborhood right now and when the crew needs to urinate, they simply whip it out and pee on a nearby building… disgusting that i had to wash up after this crew.
