I was surprised with a beautiful ring purchased at S&S and wow!- Quality, design and the customer service is superb! My fiancé was introduced to Usha through our close friends who have been long term customers of S&S and they had been raving about her and her company for many years hoping that we would finally get engaged. My fiancé went out to meet with Usha and they both came up with the perfect design, cut and clarity. She was so helpful in sharing with my fiancé all she knew about diamonds so he would make an educated decision– he is no diamond expert and after shopping around, he made the smart decision to follow her recommendation and bought a beautiful GIA certified diamond! I still can’t stop staring at it! We have gone back to get the right sizing, cleaning and even bought a pair of pearl earrings and I’m impressed time over time by their knowledge, craftsmanship and overall customer service. We have gotten to know Usha and i can say from personal experience that her and the staff truly care about providing customers with the right experience and the right product. They have been exceptional and we are so appreciative for their advice and help during the process. They made our engagement even more memorable by helping my fiancé design a beautiful ring!

These guys quoted me excellent prices on top quality diamonds. As much as 20 back for XXX stones, with no haggling required. Before you buy diamonds, I recommend reading .

make sure you always question everything!!! My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, so we decided to go back to S & S Brothers for our wedding bands. The older woman in charge(Usha I think) was very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like I could really trust her. After we picked our rings out, we decided to get it engraved. After the rings came back engraved, I noticed my band was loose– one size too big! I was surprised it was so loose, because they had measured my finger, but Usha just shrugged it off. The woman said, «Don’t worry, it’s better loose for the ceremony. Just come back after your wedding, and I’ll fix it.» I thought it was strange, but just went with it. After our wedding, I went back to S &S Brothers and dropped my band off with Usha to get it resized. She didn’t bother mentioning that they would have to re-engrave it after resizing. I only found that out afterwards when I went back to pick up my ring. I don’t think that’s good business. They should have gotten it right the first time, or they should have told me to hold off on engraving until after the wedding. I’m still upset they made me pay for the engraving again. I will never go back to the S & S Brothers. What makes it worst is that she didn’t bother to say sorry. She just told me she’s been gone for 4 weeks and she doesn’t remember what happened! ugh! I hate them!
