This is the best place in San Francisco for a good, inexpensive haircut. I have several inexpensive shops in my neighborhood, but I will travel to get to this one.
The people there are so nice and accommodating. Roxana will make sure you are taken care of, and that you get the haircut you want. The girls who cut hair, etc., are also super nice. They go out of their way to make you happy.
They speak mostly Spanish, but I do not speak Spanish and have never had any trouble as Roxanna will happily translate.
Took me a long time to find this place, and I am happy I did. Haircuts $ 10, eyebrow waxing $ 8, can’t beat it

I like this place! I asked if they took drop ins and the woman at the front (Roxanna, maybe?) was super accommodating and kind and got me right in. She nicely suggested I bring my bike inside so I wouldn’t have to worry about someone taking it (16th and Mission…) even though it’s really nice inside and my tires were wet. I didn’t even get a chance to sit down and the girl was ready for me. Super fast hair cut, the girl was nice and then I find out it’s only $ 10!
I will definitely be going there again. Thanks ladies!

$ 10 hair cut at this Latino spot. I can’t complain about the hair cut. It was good bang for your buck. However, the lady offered to trim down my big sideburns and ended up straight taking them all off along with my beard. That sucked. I said it in Spanish too so it wasn’t a language issue. It was at 10:30 AM so maybe she was just out of it. Anyways, wake up if you’re clocked in.
