Robotspeak’s mission is to provide education and technical support [in addition to top-notch gear] for computer musicians of every technical background.
Robotspeak also hosts free clinics with software specialists and industry icons, and offer classes in various programs. although we are a small, independently run business, we always match big box pricing. if you see a product advertised for less somewhere else, give us a call or email us, and as always, if you have any questions or comments about the products we sell, let us know, we’re here to help!
History
Established in 2002.
Alan Stewart and Steve Taormina, both former employees of San Francisco’s iconic Computers & Music, saw a need for a store that would cater specifically to the Bay Area’s expanding electronic music and laptop performance scene. They decided to go for it in 2002. Robotspeak was the result, and like any child, it has kept them awake many nights ever since. They wouldn’t have it any other way.
