Given how hot the real estate market is right now, we had a difficult time pulling the trigger because of how overpriced all the properties seemed. In hindsight, I didn’t really know what I wanted until I had gone through a lengthy process of looking at many, many properties. Robin was patient through the entire process and handled every twist and turn of the real estate market with professionalism and grace. She is very knowledgeable about the market and I fully trust her expertise. She is also very communicative.
So here’s the deal folks, we ended up getting a fantastic deal on a victorian condo in the 94 114 area code! Before this happened, I was resigned to buying in the east bay because of the space and value, but then Robin brought this deal up. We could not have done it without Robin. AND, she continues to give us advice even after closing.
Robin is a decent person. She genuinely cares and even offered to arrange a place for us to stay temporarily, should our living arrangements have changed quicker than expected.
I will never go to any other agent again! And, now that we have some savings left, maybe we’ll be able to buy another property again. .. one day.

My wife and I worked with Robin to find a new home in San Francisco in September 2014. I initially really liked Robin because she was willing to put in time to help us with our search, but did not pressure us to sign an exclusive contract. We were new to the SF real estate market and she walked us through a variety of different properties in different markets and explained many of the «issues» of buying in SF.
After we did find the right home and decided to bid, she really impressed us. In short, she is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep network in SF and savvy negotiating skills. Robin is fabulous! Not only is she thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun, but she also has a keen sense of her clients’ needs. We bought our first duplex and were venturing into our first time as landlords in SF. Not only did she take care of explaining ins-​and-​outs of our rights, but she was also with us asking our attorney the right questions and making sure we knew how to approach a very delicate situations with our new tenants. We aren’t first time home buyers, nor are we easily impressed with realtors in SF, so trust me when I say — Robin is all you need.

We literally went from deciding to sell our place to moving/​closing in 30 days, and most of it happened when we were out of the country on vacation… super easy!
