When I did not agree to get the $ 75.00 deep tissue massage and instead agreed to the $ 50.00 Swedish massage, I should have left in the first 5 minutes. She put little or no effort into the massage. I have had many Swedish massages and this one was one of the worst. I knew the game she was playing and she made it no secret that she had no intention of doing a good job. I asked twice for her to apply any type of pressure other than simply a slight rubbing motion.
Save yourself the money and go to a place that will give you great massage no matter what type you choose.

This place is clean and the rooms are a decent size. The clientele is friendly and makes you want to return. I have several times. The best masseuse? That’s up to you, I think they’re all very special.

No idea what the problem is with negatve reviewers. The place is lovely, tranquil, and clean. Ask for Mandy. She is a dream. Highly trained. Sweet. And giving of her time and energy.

Best massage ever. Ask for Mandy who was friendly knowledgeable and great masseuse. Don’t waist your time at other spas go right here. Conveniently located in financial district.

The ambiance is really nice, possibly the second nicest place I have visited (hard to beat Watercourse in Palo Alto, but they are twice the price!). The room was very nice with a comfortable professional table which had fresh linens (the donut had a towel custom cut for the donut) and they piped in nice music. The $ 50 one hour Swedish massage is a good deal. She spent a lot of time looking for knots on the back, going up one filet mignon and then down the other. Her fingers could probably poke holes through sheetrock, so try the medium before asking for firm. The massage was somewhat generic and left out the calves, feet, and hands. After walking a few miles huffing up and down the foggy SF hills, I should have told her to spend more time on the legs. By the time I hiked back to the train station, I was ready for another massage.

Do not go here!
I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon during my lunch break. The outdoor sign read $ 30 for 30 mins. I came in and was greeted by a rude woman who didn’t seem to want to deal with me. That should of been when I left but I was having a super stressful morning and was in need of some relaxation. The place was empty but she acted as if she was too busy for me. She finally agreed and took me into a room.
Once in the room she demanded $ 40 for 30 minutes which was $ 10 more than what the sign outside posted. Nevertheless I agreed and then she demanded I pay then. I said I would pay after.
The massage was strange — she wasn’t skilled in any particular technique and kind of just rubbed around. She also rubbed strangely a lot on my butt and I began to think if this was a happy ending kind of place. She also left 2 different times during my message to «greet other people.»
She shorted me 10 minutes giving me only a 20 minute message. When I gave her 40 bucks she then demanded tips. I told her she had only given me 20 minutes, was overcharging me $ 10 and that it wasn’t very good.
