My girl Alicia Ly provided superb service today with a shoe fitting. As always I’m treated more like a good girlfriend than a customer. I do wish they offered champagne though. ^_~

2-​stars for «store credit only for returns»? (Read the sign — it is what it is. Mercedes doesn’t even have a return policy. I don’t think they deserve 1-​star for that).
3-​stars for «faceless mannequins»? (C’mon man — that’s what you’re gonna review a store on? Are you just trying to increase your review-​count?)
The team that works here is Alexandra, Othent, Abilen, Alicia, and Melissa — they’re super helpful and out-​of-​the-​ballpark awesome.

The place is small and of course has nice things. The sales people are cheerful enough but the security at the door makes you feel like some low life ready to rob them. What I’m REALLY peeved about is that, they don’t tell you when you make a purchase that the items are only refundable for STORE CREDIT. That means any penny you drop… and believe me they’re some pretty penny pieces… Stays with them. I don’t mind if I HAD KNOWN that I don’t have a choice of getting my money back.
Because let’s be honest for whatever reason the mirrors at the store make everything look so much nicer than your real mirror at home.
I guess I feel ‘tricked’. Maybe it’s just me… But if there are others like me. Beware. You don’t get your money back. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

They have cool designs, especially compared to the non-​Red Valentino. What drive me away, though, are the mannequins. Look at them: faceless, but with porcelain doll type masks. That’s like 3 genres of horror cinema right there. Don’t get me wrong — I’m down with horror. If they were hockey masks instead, the employees would have to worry about getting me out vs getting me in. Or you know what… give one mannequin a barbed metal mask, and four other mannequins get blue, purple, red, and orange eye bandanas. I will burn through paychecks in this store.
