Business Owner

I started the business with my father, Raul Elias, who was born in Ica, Peru. My passion is travel and promoting my beautiful country. I have traveled extensively through Peru always discovering something new and exciting. My father passed away in April 2013 after a long battle with cancer and I have made it my mission to continue the business he started and his legacy.

The best customer service with the best deals in town! I appreciate their marketing as anytime a deal comes out I am notified through their high tech emails. Annette booked me an amazing tour in the Andes with my friends… needless to say it was a once in a lifetime experience packed full of llamas, pisco sours, breath taking Machu Picchu views, and stunning accommodations. We walked away recommending her to ALL of our friends and acquaintances who have happily followed in our footsteps. RC Elias Travel makes it so easy for us to get out there and see the world… especially Peru!

My Peruvian friend is on their email mailing and fwd’ed me their flyer. I contacted them to get help w/​air tix as this will be my 1st trip there. I never got a call back as promised. I panicked so i just bought the intl tix myself. i then contacted them again a week later to see if I can get domestic tix for the trip and was asked to send them an itin which i did. Still nada. Finally after 3 wks I called again (hoping to get some help). This time the dad answered and said he’d call me back the next day. Never happened. I guess they r too busy doing group tours and 1 person’s businesses isn’t good enough. :(
